9Round™ is a specialized fitness center dedicated to serving clients who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round™ offers traditional "old school" boxing and kickboxing fitness programs that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs are developed around a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter. 9Round™ delivers total body results in a quick and convenient 30 minute workout with no class times and a trainer with you every step of the way.

    Craig "Crusher" Valier
    Craig is the owner/operator of 9Round Greenwood - the 4th gym to open in Indiana. He is a 9Round certified trainer with a passion for fitness and nutrition. Aside from being a College athlete and natural bodybuilder, his background also includes overcoming some of the same struggles many of his clients run into...high cholesterol, high blood pressure, low energy and fatigue, poor nutrition and being overweight. He has been there and can help you reach your goals just as he did!

    Jacob Clark
    Jacob is the new manager at 9Round Greenwood. As an experienced kickboxer, and mixed martial arts coach he brings a high level of customer specific coaching that suits the 9Round culture and fits our client base well. "I love what I do, and I get to share my passion for the sport and for well being with everyone I work with."

    Chris "Homeland" Hasse
    Chris really enjoys fitness and helping others better themselves. By day, he is a federal agent and the defensive tactics instructor for Homeland Security. He is always trying to keep his guys in the best shape possible and brings that mentality with him to 9Round. Chris prides himself on being a very hard worker with a great personality who is very easy to get a long with.

    Joyce "Tic" Peters
    Joyce is a current member that found that she really enjoyed the community aspect of 9Round. She has experience instructing tae kwon do and is an avid fitness and health enthusiast having always been involved in sports such as soccer, tennis, basketball, hiking, diving, baseball and weightlifting. Joyce is a mother of 3 and understands the time and energy required to raise a family, yet still take time for her own health.

    Heather "Stub" Wagoner
    Heather came to 9Round two years ago obese with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and as a Type II diabetic. She lost 90 pounds and no longer has high BP, high cholesterol or registers as a diabetic. She has found a new lease on life and a huge passion for health. "I understand the roller-coaster of a health journey intimately and want to help and be a source of support and encouragement for others through their health journey whether that is to lose weight, get stronger, tone, or become more active!"

  • I've been going to the Greenwood 9Round for a while now. I never leave without breaking a sweat. Whenever I'm asked about where I workout I always have great things to say. I like coming here because I am pushed to do and try things I'd never do on my own with a home workout program or at a gym. I like being able to show up on my schedule and begin a workout at any time, I love that it's full body but it's different EVERY DAY, and I can't even lie and say I don't have half an hour to improve my health/body/state of mind. Do I always feel like going...no. But those are the days I need to go and I always feel better when I'm done. I never regret going but I do regret "skipping". There are some pretty amazing and funny trainers that really take the time to talk to you and not just show you a workout and walk away. I can't say it gets easier but you get better. It’s amazing when you realize you’re better than you were before.

  • I love going to 9Round, and I hate missing a day to work out. the owner and the trainers are nice and friendly, know exactly what they are doing and push you for a good workout. I have been going for just over 8 wks and I can sure tell a difference in ability from when I started!! And I am 57 yrs. old!! I hadn't jumped rope for 45 years and it sure showed in the beginning..... Anyone in the Greenwood area wanting a good workout I highly recommend 9Round! Thanks!
