Andrew has always been drawn to fitness. Prior to moving to Tennessee in 2007, Andrew was a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in active and pas...sive stretching. Andrew was also instructor of traditional TaeKwonDo as well as having trained in Kenpo and WadoRyu karate. After a number of debilitating injuries, Andrew decided it was time to get life back on track and dedicated himself to being healthier and more fit. He became a nationally certified personal and group fitness trainer. He began running both street racing having completed 2 half marathons and gained a love for Obstacle Course racing, like Spartan races and Warrior Dash. No longer able to perform martial arts in the traditional sense, but still wanting to train, 9Round was the perfect opportunity to allow Andrew to use his knowledge of kicking and punching to those eager to improver their own health and to help those individuals achieve a more engaging life style. Caitlin moved to Nashville from Boston in 2005. She met her husband, Phillip, in 2006 and together they have three beautiful boys. She worked as the... sonography supervisor at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital for 9 years, before deciding to stay home to raise the boys. In August of 2015, Caitlin became a 9Round member. She instantly fell in love with the atmosphere and the ever-changing, full-body workouts. Training has become Caitlin’s passion. She enjoys sharing her high energy and love for fitness with others. Originally from a small town in East Tennessee, Miranda moved to Hendersonville in 2011 after graduating from Martin Methodist with a teaching degree ...in Physical Education. After playing collegiate basketball she wanted something new and challenging to keep her in shape. Miranda joined 9Round and fell in love with the intense workout she could get in just a short time. After being a member for over 2 years, she loved the atmosphere so much she wanted to become a part of the 9Round family. She is currently the Girls Head Basketball Coach at Station Camp High School, where she also teaches physical education. More
