Josh "Right Hook" RiceJosh moved to Nashville in 2006 and at that point started working on his health and fitness. Josh tried numerous gyms and exercise programs and determined he prefers exercising and sees the best results in a fun fast paced environment like 9Round. After starting a family Josh decided he wanted to to focus his time on helping others as well his family reach their overall health and fitness goals. Owning and training at 9Round was the perfect fit.
Abbie "The Boss" RiceAbbie fell in love with 9Round after her first workout. A lifetime of looking for the perfect fitness routine had ended. Since opening in February 2015 she has become a success story of her own making. Down 90lbs and counting she loves helping others know EVERYONE starts somewhere. We are all in this together. Health and Wellness is worth the time and sweat you put in.
Cali "Lady Thor" WilsonFrom a small town in Iowa to Music City, Cali traveled to Nashville to create opportunity for herself. A hardworking Midwesterner always ready for a challenge! Whether it is in the gym or on a stage playing her music, attention to detail is important. With a background in athletics and kickboxing, she loves staying active. Her passion for music and fitness keep her moving. A trainer by day and a singer/songwriter by night. Cali tries to keep the members on their toes and possibly doing burpees...
Andrew "The Wrench" RobinsonAndrew has always been drawn to fitness. Prior to moving to Tennessee in 2007, Andrew was a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in active and passive stretching. Andrew was also instructor of traditional TaeKwonDo as well as having trained in Kenpo and WadoRyu karate. After a number of debilitating injuries, Andrew decided it was time to get life back on track and dedicated himself to being healthier and more fit. He became a nationally certified personal and group fitness trainer. He began running both street racing having completed 2 half marathons and gained a love for Obstacle Course racing, like Spartan races and Warrior Dash. No longer able to perform martial arts in the traditional sense, but still wanting to train, 9Round was the perfect opportunity to allow Andrew to use his knowledge of kicking and punching to those eager to improver their own health and to help those individuals achieve a more engaging life style.
Caitlin "SouthPaw" CochranCaitlin moved to Nashville from Boston in 2005. She met her husband, Phillip, in 2006 and together they have three beautiful boys. She worked as the sonography supervisor at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital for 9 years, before deciding to stay home to raise the boys. In August of 2015, Caitlin became a 9Round member. She instantly fell in love with the atmosphere and the ever-changing, full-body workouts. Training has become Caitlin’s passion. She enjoys sharing her high energy and love for fitness with others.
Miranda "MC Hammer" CravensOriginally from a small town in East Tennessee, Miranda moved to Hendersonville in 2011 after graduating from Martin Methodist with a teaching degree in Physical Education. After playing collegiate basketball she wanted something new and challenging to keep her in shape. Miranda joined 9Round and fell in love with the intense workout she could get in just a short time. After being a member for over 2 years, she loved the atmosphere so much she wanted to become a part of the 9Round family. She is currently the Girls Head Basketball Coach at Station Camp High School, where she also teaches physical education.
