Meet The Owner: Solomon Parsley is a resident of Grove City, and his children are students in South-Western City Schools. As a business owner and pare...nt he found it hard to get a workout to fit within his busy schedule, and after experiencing 9Round Kickbox Fitness, he believes it fits his needs as well as those of the residents of Grove City. He is certain that 9Round Kickbox Fitness will help anyone achieve their fitness goals! He promises when you come in for your free workout you will get addicted and want to come back for more. More
Jacob brings a lot of energy to 9 Round Grove City with a vast background in fitness. Jacob is a 6 year U.S. Army veteran and an ex Army physical trai...ning evaluation sergeant. He has experience in military combatives, brazilian jiu jistu, and muay thai kickboxing. Most importantly Jacob is a great coach, trainer, people person and makes friends wherever he goes. No matter what your fitness goals are Jacob can help you achieve them 9 rounds at a time. More
Seth has spent a lot of time in a leadership position and as a role model for high school students through being a Young Life leader. He has helped gu...ide them in their faith and through their walk of life as well as strengthen his own faith and develop a strong sense of purpose for himself. Seth also has some experience with personally training a few clients in the area of weight lifting. He brings a lot of character to 9 Round and provides a great atmosphere for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness through 9 Round's 30 minute kickboxing workouts! More

It’s difficult to pinpoint just one thing. I have seen tremendous results - physically, mentally and emotionally. At first, my stress level was very high...so much so that I was covered with hives. I... was so out of shape that I felt nervous every time I went. But something kept me going back again and again. Now I look forward to my 30 minutes and I miss it when I take a day off. The trainers are great and they motivate, encourage, and push me when they know I have more to give. I would have never dreamed that I would learn to love kickboxing in my late 40’s!
