Dan "The Man" WilliamsInvolved in athletics at an early age Dan has always had an affinity to stay active. He was involved in martial arts throughout various stages in his life as well as many forms of staying physically and mentally fit. He prides himself in being the best he can be and looks to help others achieve their goals in fitness and staying positive. His motivation is to help you achieve your fitness goals and surpass them so that you can be successful.
Matt HolbrookMatt played all sports as a child but fell in love with football and participated in football all through high school. He began Boxing in 2005 and discovered his passion. He began his amateur career in 2007 competing all along the eastern coast from Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, D.C., to Philly. He has taught boxing for 3 years with adults and kids. His passion for fitness and helping other reach their goals has led him to 9Round where he believes it is the ultimate 30 minute fitness program.
Lauren "Viper" VinterLauren is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer with many years experience in the field.
