Every workout is different. The trainers! They are patient, positive, friendly, and encouraging. And if I need them to explain an exercise they never make me feel stupid for not understanding what... to do. No class times so it's easier for me to fit a workout into my schedule. Trainers are knowledgeable, helpful, energetic, friendly, encouraging and positive. Trainers are always friendly and want to give you the best workout possible. The workouts change daily so you are always using different muscle groups. This also decreases boredom! The ease of a 30 minute workout that kicks your booty like no other. On site trainers that are there to help but do not swarm or smother you. They are alert and aware of when you need help but don’t... hover. Most of all I love hitting and kicking the bags until I feel like I can no longer hit or kick. GREAT stress relief with the added bonus of being a workout. Never having any two workouts be the same...great for muscle memory. Last, I love the loud music. It gets/helps keep me motivated.
