How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Angela "The Animal" FerberAngela is the owner/operator of 9Round in Kearney MO and Mission KS. She is a former KCMO police officer & was assigned to the Mounted Patrol Unit during her last 3 1/2 years on the department. She has always been a fitness enthusiast & ran her first marathon in Oct 2013 with a finishing time of 4:12! After being a member of 9Round for 10 months she decided to bring the most effective, time efficient workout to Kearney, Missouri in Dec 2013. She then purchased 9Round Mission KS in Nov 2014. Angela was also the owner of 9Round Shawnee and 9Round Overland Park before selling both of those so she could dedicate more time and energy to her other two 9Round locations.

Pam "Powerhouse" SteeleIn addition to being a trainer at 9Round, Pam has over 12 years experience as a full-time licensed real estate professional. Despite her full schedule as a real estate professional and part time trainer, Pam always makes time to workout and stay fit. She believes working out helps relieve stress and rejuvenates the body and mind. Pam was the Cheer Director and coach of the North Suburban Football League for over six years. Pam became a Certified Cheer Coach and started her own Competitive Elite Cheer program and competed in the NCCA and the UCA competitions with her cheer squads. Pam was also the Varsity Cheer Coach for Park Hill High School from 2004-2006.
