9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

I never had a gym membership so I wasn’t sure if i was willing to make that step. I can say I have never regretted the decision to join 9Round. Absolutely the best workout experience I have ever had! 9Round gives you a great workout in just 30 minutes with no class times. Because of the flexible hours and no class times, I am always able to find a time to work out that works for my schedule! I never thought I would enjoy working out 6 days a week, but with 9Round its possible! The workout never gets boring because there are new exercises everyday. The trainers are amazing! They are always present and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I love how they encourage me to always work hard. 9Round has been great for me! I am excited to go into the gym because the exercises are different each day. Each of the staff members encourages you to push yourself, and you get personal attention during every workout. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and I would encourage anyone of any fitness level to try it out because everyone could benefit from this type of program.
I just moved to Fort Worth, and was in desperate need of a workout routine. I went in for my first FREE work-out and was hooked! I joined this gym a month ago and am already down 8lbs!!! I’m not in best shape by any means but Yvonne & James are great at cheering you on and helping with modifications so you can get the best work out possible. James will even pull out the gloves and make you work/sweat for every punch & kick! My work schedule is so hectic, it’s a relief to know I can come in at any time and get a solid workout in 30 minutes with a trainer! I am so happy I found 9Round in Keller – James and Yvonne really make the gym what it is! I can’t see myself going anywhere else!
I cannot say enough good things about 9Round and it's owners/trainers. I am employed full time with three very active kiddos whose sports/activities schedules are challenging so 30 minutes is about what I can spare in a day for a workout - James, Yvonne and Misty make sure I get the workout that I need in those 30 minutes. They push me and the other 9Rounders (in all shapes and sizes!) in the gym to do our personal best each time we are there. I love the challenges of the week and that the workouts are different each day. I have recommended 9Round to several friends and family and will continue to sing it's praises.

I absolutely love 9Round. I've been going to 9Round for a month now and I have already gone down a pant size and I can see so much muscle definition. The workouts are challenging and so much fun. They change daily so you never get bored. I'm always looking forward to seeing what James and Yvonne have set up for the day. You get so much encouragement and attention during your workout that it makes you push harder. And they are super affordable. I love everything about this gym!

Yvonne "Cherry Bomb" RiddleAs Owner/Lead trainer of 9round/Keller Yvonne "Cherry Bomb" Riddle is ready to get this party started! Yvonne is a Neo Natal Nurse Practitioner who understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle . Being a fitness enthusiast her whole life, and always looking for ways to challenge herself physically Yvonne decided to try adding boxing style workouts to her regime and immediately fell in love with the results it provided. After discovering 9round she knew this was the place for her, she is a certified 9round trainer, and looks forward to pushing our members to new heights in their fitness journey!
James "Silverback" RiddleAs owner/ operator of 9round /Keller James "Silverback" Riddle is very excited to bring a 9round center to the city of Keller. After spending 30 years in a newspaper pressroom, James was looking for a new venture to get excited about. With some help and inspiration he found out about this fun and challenging new workout system that rekindled his love of martial arts and boxing, two passions of his youth. 9round is exploding all through the United States with its new twist on old school proven exercises, as a certified 9round trainer James looks forward to working with our members to help them reach their fitness goals.
Malaki "Mallo" Abdul-MalikMalaki was born and raised in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn NYC, and started boxing at the New Bed-Stuy Boxing Center at the age of 13. After suffering an injury at the age of 17 during an amateur fight, he decided to focus on his favorite pastime of playing baseball. Not being able to let go of the passion for boxing, Malaki was introduced to a new trainer and began to take the sport serious. At the age of 24 he became a Police Officer was then introduced to the sport of kickboxing. After spending several years as a Police Officer he became a bodyguard for athletes and celebrities. His passions are training & conditioning and motivating people to take better care of themselves. Malaki is a certified Kickboxing instructor, USA Boxing member, and holds a Federal Boxing License.
Jodi "Jedi" PopeAfter choosing to make a physical change, Jodi Pope became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, ultimately changing her life. Strength training, HIIT and sweating are just a few of her favorite things. Experienced with boot camp and one on one training, she prefers the active lifestyle and appreciates positive people. Jodi welcomes new challenges, believes in hard work and only wishes she had more time.
