9Round Certified Trainers
Cesar A. "Alexander "The Great"" NerioAlexander Nerio, 23 years old from Salvadorian nationality. Alexander is a bilateral amputee below the elbow. He lost his hands in a tragic accident when he was 10 years old. Despite this traumatic loss, he's able to get around amazingly well. Alexander doesn't set limits and lives his life to the fullest. He's very confident and driven. As a little kid he attended a martial arts school. He trained and got his blue belt in Tae Kwon Do and won a couple of tournaments. A few years later he started to get curious about boxing and he joined at the Bellmore kickboxing Academy in Long Island New York where he trained for 2 years. Alexander is currently a personal trainer with a very inspiring attitude, a positive mind set and very passionate about Heath and fitness. Training people and helping them visualize their success and achieve their goals is one of his best qualities.
Bryan ""Tiger"" GomezBryan is a dynamite trainer! He is very energetic and passionate about fitness. Bryan recently made a change in his life and decided to get healthy & fit. He lost weight and developed a love for weight lifting and kickboxing. Bryan has experience in MMA and Weigh-training. He started becoming passionate about fitness and health because he wanted to be strong. It started with basic barbell lifts and it instantly became a passion! Now he considers the gym his second home! It helps with stress , anger , and the icing on the cake is good health! Cardio is also a huge part of his fitness routine. He does a lot of running , swimming , and 9round workouts! Bryan is very attentive & personable with the members. He goes the extra mile with them to achieve their personal fitness goals. Alejandra ""La Colombiana"" TellezAlejandra started as a member when the 9Round Lakeridge location first opened. At age 21, She fell completely in love with the workouts. After a year of being a member she decided to join and be a part of the 9Round team & culture. She has a very energetic and positive attitude. She loves to helping others and being a part of the bigger picture. She is a current student at NOVA and plans to transfer to VCU. Her motivation keeps members active and pushing their limits in the final stretch. She is a sweetheart at the start of the work out and a beast throughout. She likes to have fun, but knows when to play and when to get serious and work. Watch out because if she catches you slacking it's "Burpee Time!" La Colombiana has been with us from day one. She goes hard and works out sometimes twice a day! She is also known as a 9Round Beast! She will definitely push you and give you a tough workout, but you will love her when you start seeing results!
