  • I like that everyday is different, 9 new exercises and that now at least 2 of the rounds are trainer led. It can be very easy to lose momentum halfway through the workout, especially if you're the only person so having the trainers engage more is really helpful for someone like me. I also really love that you can walk in and within 3 minutes, you're working out. Trainers are all great and the owners really care about their members.

  • It's is a great work out. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Variety with lots of kicking and punching and core sets. Great trainers 3 minute sets are awesome. I am a 55 yo life long runner and exerciser. After a year of 9R I have been in the best shape since boot camp in the Army and am stretching the limits of my many activities. Did my first wake board back flip this year and am kite boarding with rapid improvement. I continue to run and do yoga a couple times per week but 2 to 4 9 rounds a week has been one of the best exercise decisions I have ever made.

  • The trainers at 9round are AMAZING! The personal relationships we have developed with each of them is very unique compared to any other gym I have belonged to! The genuine care, concern, compassion and friendship 9round has excelled beyond anything I ever thought possible. I can honestly say they have earned many lifelong members! Thank you guys...   • Exhausted after 30 minutes, you push yourself to your limit, trainers are there to help motivate you. Highly recommend, but you must make it a priority to go. You get results with consistant activity. Hold yourself accountable. It works but like anything you have to do the work.

  • I like that it’s a quick high intensity workout and I don’t have to even think about it; I just go, do my thing and am done in 30 mins. I lost all my baby weight by eating semi healthy and doing 9 Round 3X per week. That’s all I had to do so loved that! The trainers are all awesome and always help me modify anything I need to. I was able to work out up until the week before I had my daughter with their help modifying the exercises. It’s awesome!

    Jason "Reno" Rains
    Jason is the owner/operator of 9Round with his wife Kristina. Jason has always had a passion for fitness. He played football in college and was a National Weightlifting and Conditioning All-American. Jason is excited to bring the most convenient and effective workout to the Lee's Summit area. He has been in the public service field for the past 11 years and loves to help people reach their goals!

    Fale grew up in the pacific islands. He did a lot of outrigger canoeing , surfing , played some rugby and football. He graduated from Missouri Valley College with a degree in biology . Having a healthy and fit lifestyle is very important for everyone and he enjoys helping others in achieving that goal .

    Rebekah "Iron Will" Miller grew up with a passion for fitness and a love of exercise. After graduating High School, Rebekah enrolled, and received her Personal Training Certification through the International Sports Sciences Association. Having set and reached her own personal goals, she thrives off seeing others also see their own goals achieved.
