the trainers always ask if you have an injury that may make it difficult to do some of the more intense rounds. they will come up with an alternative exercise that will still work other muscle groups ... for that round and will check to see how your injury is doing throughout your work out. TJ and Brandon are especially tuned into modifying something to avoid re-injury and add to the set as your injury heals. another thing? neither has ever forgot my name and greet me with such. i think this shows interest in their clientele and a dedication to all. i just signed up for another year. that should tell you something about the was the trainers show interest in their clientele. also - i miss Cisco and Amanda ( i know you have your hands full with your new baby boy) but look forward to your return!! My favorite part of 9 Rounds is the change of workouts and the different challenges every time I go to 9 Rounds. Trainers are great helping me to push myself harder than what I might push myself.
