There is a certified 9Round trainer with you every step of the way demonstrating and pushing you past your limits. I joined 9Round at the beginning of the year. This was the best decision I have made. Anthony is one of the trainers at 9Round and he is awesome (along with the other trainers)! They make sure that you are doing the exercise correct, motivates you to do the best you can and makes it fun to workout. The 30 minutes is fun and I always feel like I get a great workout at 9Round.
Anthony, Keith, and Stephanie are all motivating trainers with great enthusiasm and hands on. They use upbeat music and keeps the pace of the class moving fast with motivation to keep you going. The workouts are always different so you are never bored. You work harder having the trainers there. I am not a fan of cardio (running) but 9 Rounds is a different cardio. I never thought i would love working out everyday sometimes twice a day. If you want a great, fun workout. Try it!
Went out with friends this weekend. Everyone of them could not get over how amazing I look ... I dropped a whole pants size, and I've only been at 9Round for 2 months! I feel better about myself and obviously, others see a difference as well. For 30 minutes 4x a week, I'm totally sticking with this program and plan on being totally fit this Spring on my bike! In the process of looking for something that my daughter and I could do together that would be fun and energetic, we found 9 Round in Lindenhurst. A kickboxing, boxing, fast paced 30 minute intensive and fun workout that we can do together. There is always an instructor there, we never have to wait more than three minutes to get started and during the last six weeks (average of three workouts a week) we have not done the same routine yet. There is always something new to challenge us and the trainers are always encouraging. The 30 minutes fly by. It is a great workout and we can't wait to come back the next time. This has been an awesome program for my daughter and I to do together--life changing and we love it. Thank you 9 Round!
My Dad and I are getting ready for a big cruise adventure to the Caribbean at the end of the up coming summer. I want to look good and feel good by the time the cruise sails around, so I looked into kickboxing. My Dad found out about 9 Round and we ended up joining. I don't think we will ever stop. I can already see improvement in my muscular strength and physical endurance. Keith and his staff are amazing and very supportive. I'm so glad I joined. I love it!

what are meps?
MYZONE Effort Points(MEPs) are a new metric for measuring physical activity. MEPs accumulate for every minute of activity that a user spends in the 5 effort(intensity) zones based on one's individual maximum heart rate. The more effort that is put in, the more MYZONE Effort points are earned.
