  • I love the encouraging and high-intensity atmosphere. The trainers are always willing to help, yet challenge you to be at your physical best. The workouts are always fun and simultaneously difficult but in the best way possible. I actually look forward to working out as opposed to just going the gym and doing a mediocre, dull workout. The experience is amazing and I Would recommend it to anyone who looking to have fun while getting fit at the same time.

  • I can start anytime you are open. And it is different every time, so it doesn’t get boring. Also because of multiple knee surgeries, the trainers can very easily change up exercises.

    Brandon Pitts
    Brandon is a native Louisvillian with a passion for sports since a very young age. Brandon holds a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University, has over 75 hours of psychology education and experience, and is certified in Personal Training by ACSM with 3 years of experience. In the near future, he plans to receive a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky. Brandon joined the 9Round team in August 2016 and was immediately captivated by the environment and the people that come in to knock out a workout. His energy and attitude translate very well into his passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. Known to be the "hype man" and the "proper form police", he will always be nearby to motivate and help you maximize your workout so that you achieve your desired results.

    Alyssa "The Teacher" Baer
    Alyssa “The Teacher” Baer holds a B.A. in History and a Master’s Degree in Teaching. Alyssa is a full-time teacher at Pleasure Ridge High School. where she teaches Senior U.S. History. She is a trained KHSAA referee in Volleyball, Soccer and Basketball. Sports have always been a major influence in Alyssa’s life. She swam competitively for 14 years and played travel volleyball for 10. A shoulder injury ended her swimming career resulting in a struggle to find a fitness routine that would meet her physical restrictions, until she found 9Round. Alyssa has focused her life around helping others and she is so happy to take the same approach as a 9Round trainer.
