9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

9Round Certified Trainers
Greg "The Lethal" LewisGreg is an ISSA certified personal trainer. He has had a passion for fitness from a young age and was involved in multiple sports growing up. Greg holds black belts in Tae Kwon Do from the International Tae Kwon Do Federation and World Tae Kwon Do Federation. Greg also has a brown belt in Judo and blue belt in Brazilian Jujitsu. He has experience competing and training in Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do, International Rules Kickboxing, and Submission Grappling. Greg is pursuing a Master's degree in Wellness and Human Performance.
