Jes "The Jawbreaker" DePasqualeJes is the owner/operator of 9Round Metuchen. She is a 9Round Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and also holds a MA in Forensic Psychology. As a competitive tap dancer growing up and choreographer of her college dance team, health and fitness has always been important to her. Jes is a married, busy mother of 3 young children and loves having the opportunity to provide other busy Metuchen-area residents with the ability to experience a 30-minute workout with no class times. Jes believes in the importance of fitness in her life as well as setting a great example for her children and other struggling, busy families!
Letitia "Bull Dog" HuffmanAssistant Manager Letitia's passion for health and fitness was instilled at a young age by her parents who were both in the medical field. Together, they taught Letitia the importance of proper nutrition, and exercise as a means to a maintaining a healthy body, mind, and a positive attitude. Letitia overhauled her nutrition, and does daily workouts that include 9Round circuits, HIIT, Cardio Kickboxing, and periodic 5K-races. (Psst: Letitia isn't fond of running. But, she wanted a challenge. And, moving beyond your comfort zone is where significant change happens.) How'd Letitia get her nickname, "Bull Dog"? It was given to her by fellow journalist in her previous career as a TV Anchor/Reporter. Tish is a 9Round Certified Personal Trainer.
Drew "The Doctor" RichardsDrew's love for fitness came at the age of 4 when he saw his father test for his black belt. Drew then went on to earn two black belts of his own: first degree in Tae Kwon Do and fourth degree in American Isshrinyu. He was also the youngest to earn the rank of Master. He has always enjoyed studying and practicing various types of martial arts over the years. He is looking forward to continuing on his fitness journey at 9Round.
Bivin "Sexy Beard" BabyBivin is a graduate from the Exercise Science program at William Paterson University. His knowledge of basic and advanced theories in Kinesiology make him well equipped for any modifications necessary to make your 30 minute session the most optimal experience. Being heavily involved in a Summer sleep-away sports camp, Bivin knows how vital it is to make the workouts challenging but fun so that fitness is an enjoyable time for each of our members.
