Do You Remember This?

Do you remember when this was the way to work out?  It’s easy to see how this AMAZING workout would get you in great shape in no time.  I hope you can sense my sarcasm.   As tempting as it is to use this method to “squeeze out those cheeseburgers” I think there are definitely far better and more enjoyable ways to get into the shape that you really want.

Doesn’t it seem like this would be a much better way to work out?
