I recently experienced a shoulder issue. It was advised I rest my shoulder for a few weeks and not work out. I didn't want to do that! The personal trainers at 9round were able to modify my workouts so I focused on cardio, abs, and legs and was able to rest my shoulder for 3 weeks. Now they're helping me slowly reintroduce upper body again. Worked out perfectly! Thanks!!!
There are a few reasons why I love 9Round. It's difficult to pinpoint just one thing but I would say the fact that there is a new workout every day. I also like that there is a trainer who guides and inspires me, no class times, an amazing workout in just 30 minutes.
9Round is always fun to be at. The workout is all about pushing yourself to do better and the other members and trainers are there to support you. The trainers take time to get to know you individually and they push you to push yourself. The best part is there are no class time. If they are open, you can stop in for a workout, 30min that's it. You get what you put it, I've seen great results over that last 3 years and have witnessed many others achieve the same results.

i like the idea of having a quick intense workout, without having to have a set time . i also like having a different workout every class because it causes your muscles to have to adjust to different movements on the fly.
I personally don't want a personal trainer. However l like being told what to do. I don't have the creativity to do half of what we do on my own. And I like the convenience of not having to make a "class" at a certain time. I come in and get my workout in when it works best for me.
It’s a fast workout and the trainers are personable.
It is a good workout that fits my busy schedule. Changing up the exercises each day keeps it interesting. And the sense of camaraderie and friendly competition at the gym makes it fun.
Hardest workout you'll ever love. Strength and cardio together. Never grows stale. No set class times. Start whenever you get there. Encouragement by personal trainer.

Proudest accomplishment: Finishing college and using his degree as he thought he would. His goal as a senior in high school was to get a kinesiology degree and use that to run smaller or personal style fitness gyms... like 9Round!

I’ve found in my first month of working at 9Round that it is a huge community of love and body awareness. I have never felt unwanted or singled out at this gym, which have always been my biggest problems with public gyms. Not only has 9Round quickly become a welcoming place that I look forward to coming to, but it has become a family of happiness and health.
