How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

This gym is amazing! There is not one trainer that doesn't go out of the way to help you in every way...and they all do it with a positive attitude. Every day is a challenge at a steal of a price.
Working with a personal trainer at a traditional gym was way out of my price range costing at least $25 per hour. At 9Round you get unlimited workouts with a personal trainer at the fraction of the cost. They really motivate you to push yourself all the way through the 1/2 hour workout, and it's intense! It's kind of like P90X but centered around kickboxing and cardio. . It's a good way to blow off steam and get fit.
9 round trainers and the workout in general have a very special place in my heart. The trainers are inspirational and enjoy kicking my butt! But all in all I would like to share this: while I was part of the 9round workouts I toned like i never toned before and had more energy than I'd ever had participating in any other workout! I HIGHLY recommend it. You will build endurance, muscle,and a confidance that you may have not had before...
Love the gym! The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. I recommend it to everybody!
