  • This gym is amazing! There is not one trainer that doesn't go out of the way to help you in every way...and they all do it with a positive attitude. Every day is a challenge at a steal of a price.

  • Working with a personal trainer at a traditional gym was way out of my price range costing at least $25 per hour. At 9Round you get unlimited workouts with a personal trainer at the fraction of the cost. They really motivate you to push yourself all the way through the 1/2 hour workout, and it's intense! It's kind of like P90X but centered around kickboxing and cardio. . It's a good way to blow off steam and get fit.

  • 9 round trainers and the workout in general have a very special place in my heart. The trainers are inspirational and enjoy kicking my butt! But all in all I would like to share this: while I was part of the 9round workouts I toned like i never toned before and had more energy than I'd ever had participating in any other workout! I HIGHLY recommend it. You will build endurance, muscle,and a confidance that you may have not had before...
