Wes and the staff really get u going. Love the fast pace, high intensity circuit training aspect of (9) round. Its hard for me to get motivated at home and really like showing up there.
I love this workout!! I am a beginner for sure but appreciate each trainers ability to pay attention to the individual workout level of each person! I love the bag stations and the cardio mixed in..the atmosphere is very positive and upbeat!! The respect the level you are at and give u encouraging words to get u through!! This is something no other gym has done!! I love this place and look forward to coming when I can!!
9Rounds is a great work out! You never get bored here, every time you go, it's a different work out. I get bored easily so this is a huge plus for me. The trainers are excellent and keep you motivated and the thirty minutes goes by fast. You're in and out and feel great afterwards! There's no intimidation here and the trainers know you all by name! This gym is a fantastic addition to our community in Morgan Hill!

I was so bored and unmotivated at my local gym until I joined 9 Round Kickboxing, a total body workout in 30 minutes that changes daily. The trainers are very helpful and motivating. I would highly recommend everyone to try 9 Round Kickboxing , you will want to come back for more.
Great trainers, killer workout, great variety that changes every day. You can start any time, no waiting for a scheduled class to start. Great for all fitness levels since you can pace yourself to match what you are ready for. I love it!
