- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

9Round New Berlin is awesome! I needed a change to my regular running in the neighborhood and treadmill routine. I love the 30 minute workout especially because I can sneak in an exhausting workout after work and just before I pick up my two kids. 9Round has been a part of my lifestyle for about 1 1/2 years and I'm forever grateful to have found such an awesome gym. I've been a member of many health clubs in my past and found this to be the most rewarding of all. In 30 minutes you know you've had a head-to-toe workout and the results and your strength increase are proof of that. The trainers are great and keep your workout moving and push you when you need it most, and in addition the personalized attention is always there. I've seen and felt the results of this 30 minute workout more than I ever have before and I've spent over an hour at other health clubs for each workout. I'm grateful for the personal training to ensure that since I'm dedicating myself, making the time, and setting goals they're there making sure it's being done correctly for optimal results!!
9 Round is by far the best workout I've ever tried! It has helped me get fit and stronger than I ever thought possible at this point in my life. The staff at 9 round are absolutely wonderful to work with and are always looking to help you further your goals.
Member since November 2014. I am former collegiate basketball player and high school teacher so time is limited (like everyone else in the world). After college I was looking to play basketball in pick up leagues, but this was difficult to find and also the contact was hard on my body. I needed a quick and effective workout. My first time working out at 9Round I was exhausted and I had never sweat that much. The workouts are precise and quick. You can jump in at any time! When I had my shoulder injury (from playing basketball) 9Round altered my workouts so I could still get a killer workout without putting strain on my shoulder. I can’t go to a regular gym because I am not motivated or knowledgeable enough on what exercises and activities can give me the fastest results. I would walk around, do a few lifts and then jump on the elliptical. At 9Round you never do the same thing every day and I am in and out in 30 minutes. 9Round keeps me motivated and frankly I am never bored. I am hooked; I am addicted.
