  • I enjoy the flexibility of when I want to work out. I also enjoy the environment and the fact that the workout is different every time I go. I think it is a great model that caters to people who have a very busy lifestyle and can only carve out 30-45 min per day to exercise. The staff in New Berlin and Franklin, WI are fantastic!

  • I’d like that I can come when ever you’re open at any time get my workout done, and then go home. That makes it very flexible for me. I also like that I get a good work out for toning and cardiovascular in 30 minutes, which helps with my busy lifestyle.

  • I LOVE 9 round!!!! I love how every single day is a different activity that keeps my workouts new, fresh and exciting! I love the fact that it is only a half hour, but the exercises make me sweat more than if I were working out somewhere else for an hour or more. I also was impressed that the trainers remembered who I was! I love everything about 9 round and I DO recommend it to everyone!!!

  • I love that it kicks my butt! I could be in a mediocre mood, not wanting to workout, having to force myself to go, but after those 30 minutes at 9round I am energized and feel happier! The trainers help me through the workout too, which makes the workout more enjoyable as well.

  • I absolutely love 9rounds. Sino and Laura are the absolute best and always push me. I have going there for 3 years soon to be 4! I tell everyone about it. My favorite thing is no class time because I am not organized enough to make it on time so I can work out on my time! I always feel comfortable and welcomed. It is literally my favorite gym and I can't recommend them enough! Thanks for 3 years of fit! Keep it kickin!
