  • I love 9R and everything about it. I have been going to the Northbrook location for about 3 years. The trainers care and connect with all their members in a way that speaks to their specific needs and fitness levels. The routines vary daily, keeping your muscle groups guessing, so you never plateau. It’s an all around high intensity, muscle toning, heart healthy fitness workout. All in 30 mins. Love it!! Thanks 9R trainers for making it both fun and challenging. You will definitely see a difference in your energy level and total body transformation with 9R.

  • I love the trainers. They are so supportive and helpful. You can tell they are rooting for you. I also love that it isn't an assigned class time. You just go when it fits your schedule. I also like that you are in and out. Parking is directly in front and accommodating. Lastly, I really like that the workout changes daily. THAT is just what I need. You never know what you are gonna get till you arrive and hear the bell! :)
