Welcome to 9Round Northbrook! Are you looking to take your fitness to the next level and challenge your body and mind? Check us out! We are a fast-paced, high energy kickboxing fitness gym. There are NO class times with unlimited full-body workouts and a trainer with you every step of the way. Our members have seen amazing results with tons of lean muscle built and weight lost. It's the best deal in town by far!  Unlimited workouts for $79.00 a month!

The first workout is always FREE and it only takes 30 minutes. You have nothing to lose but those stubborn pounds!

  • What an amazing place! I had been searching desperately for a place that was “home” and this is it. After a spine surgery and a two year hiatus from major exercise, I was deconditioned and it certainly showed. The owners were awesome. Abby motivated me from our first conversation and Linda’s bright smile is always contagious. I do want to give exemplary comments to the young man David. He offered me an option to run around the building during our 30 second “active rest”. I had been unable, and maybe unwilling, to run for 2 years. I took him up on the offer and what he doesn’t realize is that I noticed that he slowed down each time I did. I noticed that he kept offering at each interval, trying to motivate me. This kind of spirit is what moved me to achieve a second degree black belt in Karate/Kenpo Jitsu. I now run 3 miles at least 4 days a week. If you want inspired, if you want to feel like you can do this…then you have found your home.

  • 9 Rounds is a fantastic workout! This is for EVERYONE! No matter if you just ran a marathon or just been doing nothing. I love that you get so much personal training throughout the workout. It incorporates core, strength, aerobic and BOXING! I am sure I look crazy punching that boxing bag, but it is FUN and something that I have never done!!! It is very invigorating and a great way to spend a 1/2 hour of your day.

  • The first session I attended brought in all ages, a dad and his son and 4 friends, a teacher finishing up her day, a plus 50 woman and a 26 year old male...fun, work and more...as one of the 13 year olds said," I come here to get exercise and look buff!" So comedy, too!

  • 30 minutes. 9 rounds. Unlimited benefits for your health and body! I'm a new fan to 9 round and I LOVE it. I haven't been this pushed in a long time. I come out from every workout sweating and completely red. After running for over 10 years, I have to say I've never been this worked...and I've even ran a marathon! After having a baby 7 months ago, I found it was becoming increasingly hard to shed the baby weight. Despite my weekly runs, it wasn't coming off. Enter 9 round. I've only been to a few sessions, but I'm already feeling better and I have more energy. The trainer, Abby, really pushes you along and shows you how to do it right. From breathing to stance to technique, you get a well-rounded workout. Bonus - every day is a different routine; a different muscle to awaken and improve. Bonus, bonus - it's only 30 minutes!! Perfect for my limited me time. Bonus, bonus, bonus - the ladies who own this location really make you feel welcomed. They know you by name. It doesn't matter what your fitness level is either. The routines vary to your level. This is just the kick-start I need, no pun intended. My body is thanking me, sore, but thanking me. :)
