We know that time is money. That's why the convenience of a circuit is so important. You start your workout whenever you want - morning, afternoon, or evening. Each of the 9 rounds are different, challenging, and fun. From learning how to jump rope to hitting the speed bag, you will never get bored. The 30 minutes will be over before you know it.

Our members can't stop saying, "This is the Best workout I have ever had." That's because you will work every muscle in your body simultaneously, with no complicated machines or silly aerobic routines.

We are a new upbeat gym in North East Columbia with a rewarding concept in fitness. Come see how  great it is to punch the heavy bags to the beat of great music and dim lights. Releave tthe tension of your day as you focus on moving through our 9round circuit! Get in shape with great boxing and kick boxing training drills. In every workout you will perform many core exercises and body weight exercises to build and improve strength. Our 9Round certified trainer will demonstrate and motivate you to stay on tract and achieve your own personal fitness goals!  Leave the gym full of energy, happy and upbeat! Our club members are supportive and positive! This is a tremendous value and a great way to get you/ your family and your friends active, healthy, and fit!  We are located just off of Clemson Rd. at The #80 exit of I-20.
