In every workout you will perform many core exercises and body weight exercises to build and improve strength. Our 9Round certified trainer will demonstrate and motivate you to stay on tract and achieve your own personal fitness goals! Leave the gym full of energy, happy and upbeat! - View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Clady "Pow Pow" MartinezClady Pow Pow Martinez has spent years with private training. She has worked in the 9Round system and has become the biggest and best 9Round advocate we know. She trains with our system herself and gives each and every client the maximum attention.
Maria "Fighter" LemoineIam a proud USC Alumni with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. I am presently working on a masters in counseling. Originally from Myrtle Beach, SC but I have a significant connection to NYC after living in the Bronx for a short while. I have stayed very active teaching a variety of fitness over the years including cardio bootcamp and zumba. I love the combination of cardio and weights as well as the boxing/ kicboxing 9Round offers. Nothing is more exciting to me than a day of training at 9Round Columbia NE!

9 Rounds is the best workout ever. I have tried them all over the years but I get the most calorie burning aerobic work out in 30 minutes than any other workout. It is like having an individual trainer and the trainers are GREAT.
