9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

I absolutely love 9 round and recommend it to EVERYONE!! I had my son in the winter of 2012 and by the end of that summer I was more 55lbs heavier then before I was pregnant. I was in desperate need of a boost and gym membership after gym membership I failed! Finally in November 2013 I have 9 round a try and haven't left since! I'm addicted! I go daily and love every minute of it and love all the trainers! Best workout to keep you motivated and on track! I don't know where I'd be without it!!!
My whole problem with working out previously, was the working out part... As a former gymnast, traditional gyms just don't do it for me: BORING! Not to mention the machine hogs and same routine you develop. I just couldn't get in the habit to bore myself everyday. When I came across 9round, I was ecstatic! I went for my free workout, loved it so much that I signed up on the spot, and have been going at least 5 times a week since for almost 2 years now! I haven't been in this good of shape in a long time: endurance, muscle, stamina, etc. 9round has been the fun and HARD workout that I've been searching for all those years to get me in the habit of WANTING to go to work out.
I have been working out at 9round since last May. This is without a doubt my favorite workout of all time. The no set class times and individual trainer attention is fantastic... and I've gotten into the best shape of my life here - and I'm motivated to push myself further!! The trainers are amazing and super nice and supportive - which is something I love and need when I work out. What's more, this workout actually got my formerly sedentary future husband interested in, and engaged in health and fitness!! So basically this workout changed our lives - for the better. It's fun and you start to see results, FAST. Who could ask for anything more?
Joining 9Round was one of the best decisions I have made in all my years of working out!!! I have always been an avid participant in sports....baseball, softball, basketball, wrestling, golf, bowling,football...but this style of training is infectious. Once you start at 9round you will be hooked...no pon intended. These workouts will test you physically and mentally.....but with effort you will find great results!!! Rosie AumannRosie became a trainer about 2 months ago, right after her sister Rachel! She played 3 years of college volleyball and is currently still at Parkside for her Sports Management Degree. She will be graduating in December of this year!
