  • The people are awesome, my trainer is great, I enjoy that there is no class times, I can get in and get out. I enjoy having the heart rate monitor so I can see my progress as I work out. Oh and did I mention I love my crew that works out in the morning with me!!

  • Love the trainers! Because there are only 9 Rounds, they can keep an eye out and respond quickly if they notice I'm not "getting" an exercise, or if my heart rate is a bit low and they adjust on the fly. They are knowledgeable and nice! Plus, the routine doesn't require lots of gear or time!

  • 9Round is amazing! I absolutely hated working out- still do, really... in a regular gym. But the way this program is designed is actually really fun. Because they constantly change the workouts, you're never bored and each time is a full body workout. Karen is amazing too! Super patient, really takes the time to make sure you're getting the most of your time there and pushing you just the right amount to get it done. I would absolutely recommend this program to all of my friends!

    Karen West
    Karen is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and loves fun workouts. For about 3 years Karen trained and then became an instructor at her TKD school after receiving her first black belt. She also trained in kickboxing, Muay Thai, basic grappling, cardio fitness. Karen has been at 9Round Ocoee for 2 years so far and still loves supporting and training our members.

    Nick is a 4th degree TKD blackbelt and is also trainer in mixed martial arts.

    Spencer "Chef" Bennett
    Spencer is a Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate and the founder of a Martial Arts & Fitness club at the University of Central Florida. Though focusing on fitness, his club offers a wealth of knowledge from various disciplines including Boxing, Muay Thai, Aikido, TKD, Karate, and Wing Chun. Spencer is experienced in instructing martial arts oriented exercises and is passionate for assuring a good workout.

    Christine Ross
    Christine came to 9Roundas a member 2 1/2 years ago and says she was "hooked"f from her very first workout! After 2 years of consistent training, hard work and embracing 9Roundtraining principles, she was a natural addition to our Trainer team. Christine says her training as a social worker, along with her love of fitness and 9Round workouts, gives her the desire to help our members live their best lives. She loves being a part of the 9Round trainer team and helping our members meet and exceed their goals!!
