9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

Luke LarsonMy name is Luke Larson and I’m A Certified Personal Trainer and a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. I’ve done everything from strength and conditioning for volleyball teams, one and one personal training, boot camps, and many other types of personal training. I love teaching athletes and people about exercise, nutrition, and just living a healthier life style. My goal as a trainer is help all of my clients reach their fitness goals in the best and most effective way possible. I’ve been an athlete my whole life. I ran track from the 6th grade all the way to my senior year of high school. Now I focus on weightlifting and Olympic style lifting.

Taylor ""Sporty"" FordTaylor “Sporty” Ford is a lifelong soccer player and athlete. She played for the competitive club OFC for 8 years, was the first soccer All-State player from Piedmont High School, and received a college scholarship. Taylor has always been an enthusiast for working out and being fit. She is passionate about helping others live a healthy lifestyle and in reaching their goals.
