  • Everything. Seriously. The workout, the time, the trainers. My only comment is that I often have to work out to uptempo/midtempo modern pop. But this is a very small complaint and I'm sure that other people in the gym appreciate it.

  • The personal trainer. The trainer makes sure I’m doing the exercise properly and is encouraging. And the friendly hello and the great job goodbye makes a difference. It’s that personal touch that many gyms are missing.

  • As a middle aged runner, I find that the cross training is something I’ve neglected. Nine rounds offers a softer version of cross training that appeals to my needs as a middle aged athlete, helping to build my core and maintain my athleticism while avoiding overuse injury. I still get the cardiovascular workout I starve for without running rediculous miles.

  • I love that I can drop in at whatever time suits my schedule on any given day and get a good workout. The fact that the workout only takes 30 minutes makes it very do-able - and you walk out feeling a sense of accomplishment! The circuit is streamlined and the workout differs every day so it doesn't become a rote routine. Trainers are always there to explain each station, demonstrate good form and to provide support and encouragement. Every station's routine can be modified as needed so a physical issue doesn't preclude anyone from participating. I highly recommend 9Round to anyone looking for a solid, fast and fun workout.

  • Instructors are great and very motivating, classes are very small and manageable, instructors keep an eye on all of the students to make sure their form is correct. I personally like it because in 30 minutes I've got my butt kicked and I've had a really great work out !

  • One of the reasons I joined nine round is that I can show up anytime and knock out my work out in 30 minutes. I came from a boxing gym that had limited classes and hours and it was Frustrating. Instructors are highly motivated and do a phenomenal job.

  • Throughout my life I was never physically active or enjoyed exercise. I tried going to the gym but never felt like I was getting a decent workout or had someone to really show me how to use the machines. I decided that I wanted to find a form of exercise that I would enjoy and help keep me motivated. I've been going to 9 round for almost a year now and I love it. Sean and Tina are wonderful and truly make you feel comfortable. I never feel like anyone is judging me and they want you to succeed. The other trainers are also very patient and supportive. I've lost 11lbs so far and I'm very close to my goal. I cannot thank the 9 Round Team enough for their kindness and patience! -Morgan

    Lea "Little Demon" Offner
    Lea is currently studying nutrition at Southern Connecticut State University. She has always had a passion for fitness which brought her into 9Round. Lea became a 9Round Certified Trainer in the summer of 2015 and loves pushing our members every workout. She workouts five times a week at 9Round and is still her peppy self!

It got to the point where my passion for the workout and the brand had my wife, Kristine, and I dreaming of someday owning a location of our own.
