    Anthony "A-Train" Hudson graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a bachelor's in Exercise Science and Wellness. He was also a collegiate football athlete. Favorite Current Athlete(s): Kobe Bryant and Adrian Peterson, Favorite Former athlete(s): Michael Jordan and Marshall Faulk. Favorite Round: 8 - Speed Bag. Hobbies: Golf, relearning to play the guitar, spending time with family and friends. Favorite Workout, besides 9Round: Resistance training and pickup basketball.     Kylee "The Hurricane" Hudson Has spent the last decade in Healthcare, more specifically Respiratory Therapy and Sleep Medicine. Favorite Round: Round 5 "the wrecking ball" Favorite workout, besides 9Round: running, volleyball Favorite Pastime: Spending time with Family and watching my daughter grow. Why 9Round: Because it is amazing. I love the concept of 30 minutes and no Class times. I can not wait to show you what 9Round can do for your life.

    Mike has studied martial Arts since he was young. His passion for the art shows in his ability to work with all fitness levels. When Mike is not training at 9Round he completes in Power Lifting and spends time with his wife and children.

    Jonah "Swifthands" Roberts. Swifthands lives up to his name with his pad drills customized just for you. Jonah began studying Martial Arts as a very young child as a form of speech therapy. His love for the art has continued. When not at 9Round, Jonah trains in Martial arts, MMA, and is in College completing his pre-rec.

  • Great great workout. With my schedule 30 minutes is perfect - work up a huge sweat starting at 5:30am in the morning and I can be home by 6:15am. Love the energy of the music and the people. Everyone gets after it and it motivates you even more. You are constantly moving and every day it is different. I'm a month into it and feel great.

  • I went to 9Round on the first day it was open, had my free workout and joined that same night. It was exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are different each day and the trainers, Josh and Anthony, are awesome! One of the best parts for me is that there are no class times, which means no excuses! The rounds start every 3 minutes so you can begin whenever you are ready. I look forward to going every day! Patty

Every three minutes, you are doing something different – time flies when you are having fun! I had surgery on my foot this year and still am able to do these workouts! I told the trainers what I had done and what my current limitations are and they have been amazing at modifying moves for me!   • Fitness has always been a lifestyle for me and I am always looking for my next workout challenge. I joined 9Round after experiencing my first workout with Josh. Before walking through the doors, I was skeptical about the kickboxig program, but I thought I would try 9Round just for the experience. What I wasn't counting on was the fact that I would fall in love with the fast paced challenge. I joined 9Round for that exact reason. Both Josh and Anthony push me past my comfort zone which is something that is difficult to do when it comes to training on my own. There are countless reasons why I am literally addicted to 9Round. The biggest one would have to be how afforadable it is! I used to be a personal trainer, so I know how expensive it can be to work out with a trainer for 30 minutes. Working out at 9Round for a month is cheaper than one session with a personal trainer at any other gym and I get the added benefit of having either Josh or Anthony by my side through my whole workout. They do an amazing job of creating new workouts every day. I have been a member since 9Round opened and I still learn new exercises on a weekly basis. One other aspect I love abobut the gym is the weekly challenge. I am incredibly competitve and whether I am trying to beat my old score or another member's score, the challenge makes me lay it all on the line no matter how tired I am. This is a huge benefit that no other gym offers. It satisfies my competitive nature! While the challenging workouts and atmosphere are the components that attracted me to the gym, the results I have gotten are what keeps me coming day to day. My core strength has increased substantially. I have taught bootcamps and other classes in the past, but none of them have had the effect that 9Round has had on my abs. Bikini season can not get here soon enough!   • Wow! I have done 4 workouts and stoked! I usually do the 30 minute workout in the mornings. Work up a great sweat. what i liked is every workout is different so you do not get complacent, love the Rocky music gets this 66 year old movin' groovin'. When i started i had trouble doing jumping jacks now can do sets of 10 with no trouble. Started at 193 pounds two weeks ago weighed in today at 189 want to get to a senior buff 180 pounds without the done lapped over disease by June. this is the best workout in town bar none!
