9Round - Oregon Cityis conventiently located at the corner of Molalla Avenue and Hwy. 213, across the street from Clackamas Community College. You will find us directly across the parking lot from Starbucks and Five Guys. 9Round - Oregon City offers a kickboxing fitness program that gives you a fun, full body workout in just 30 minutes.! We have a doctor moderated nutrition program that you will have full access to so that you know exaclty what to eat to reach your goals. We are able to customize every workout to your body's specific needs. The best part? There's a trainer running the very interactive program every step of your fitness journey at no extra charge. We offer a very comfortable, non-judgemental environment perfect for exercises of every level. First workut is FREE! Come in and give the program a try!  

Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

  • I've been a member for over a year now and absolutely love this place! Great workout in 30 minutes. No class time, just show up. The workouts are different every day and rarely repeated. Everyone goes their own pace. Push yourself as hard as you want and/or ask the trainer to help you with modifications. The trainers always make it fun and push those of us who like to be pushed. Don't worry if you'e never punched a bag, I hadn't either. They teach you everything. Give it a try. You won't be sorry!

  • Being a dad of 3 boys and having to keep up with my daily life, I make no excuses of not working out in some time, but my butt needed some hard core working out. So, after my beautiful and thoughtful wife won me a free month at 9Round from our kid's school's annual auction, I decided to go in the next day. Well, I signed up and the following day came in for some heart pounding workout. As a man, I was thinking, okay is this 3 minute per station thing going to work me enough? The answer? YES! I am sore. I was tired. I was getting my heart rate up. But, I was getting the 30 minutes my doctor told me I needed. Jerry "VC" VeraCruz was great. Signed me up, got me going into the circuit training in no time. I will be back immediately just as soon as I can walk again...

  • This exercise works for me because there are no class times, the rounds change daily and even if it's really difficult I can do anything for three minutes, and the trainers are with you every single round to modify and encourage. This really is for people of all fitness levels. You will get stronger, in just 30 minutes.

    Donny "El Diablo" Hollis
    Donny, "El Diablo," is the co-owner and operator of 9Round - Oregon City. Here is more about him: I am a life long Oregonian, having grown up in the Eugene/Springfield area, graduating from the University of Oregon. GO DUCKS! I spent over twelve years in law enforcement before making the decision to open our 9Round locations. I've always had a passion for training and instructing, and as a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, I believe there is no better place for me to be in my life. I also hold a certified as an ACE Health Coach and am available to help you in your fitness journey. I am the father of three amazing children. I keep busy playing with the kids, sports, and striving for my dreams. Can't wait to see you in the gym!

    Dena "The Peeler" Keeler
    Dena, "The Peeler" Keeler is the co-owner of 9Round-Oregon City. I was born and raised in Oregon and now reside in the Eugene-Springfield area. Having worked in the credit union industry since 1993, I am now partnering with my brother in opening our own 9Round club. I have had a passion for running and fitness since 2009. My accomplishments include completing 3 marathons and over 15 half marathons. I stay active playing volleyball and softball. Get fit and be healthy!

    Jerry “VC” VeraCruz is another of our trainers who came from our membership and is now certified in the 9Round system. His background includes service in the Marine Corps, a career in law enforcement, and security work for the Department of State. He served as a Use of Force and Defensive Tactics instructor for the State of Oregon. He was born and raised in Oregon. In addition to his 9Round training, he is active in cross-fit and is an avid runner.

    Josh “The Finisher” McRae is the newest trainer to join 9Round. He has a background in coaching youth sports, nutrition, motivating, and goal accomplishment. Being a native of Florida, Josh loves water sports and outdoor activities. Now in Oregon City, he enjoys volunteering in the community, coaching youth sports, and bringing his energetic motivating style to 9Round. He guides members in reaching their goals by encouraging them to “Finish Strong” every day.

    Another trainer coming from being a member for several years. I am a student at PSU studying radiation therapy so health is an important aspect of my life. Being born and raised in Oregon has made hiking and being outdoors a huge passion of mine. Outside of 9round I love to play volleyball and basketball to stay in shape.
