9round has been a great workout for me. I started going at the urging of my niece who said she loved it. I was afraid that at 50 it would be too much for me. But, what I found out is - it is not. It's a great workout, with great trainers, and great people in there working out with you and cheering you along. I feel stronger and healthier than I have in a very long time. From the moment I saw 9round being built right next to my house I was super excited to try it out because I've always wanted to try a kick boxing workout. The first time I went was very tough but I felt so good after! I progressively adjusted to the high intensity workout and I can honestly say now I am totally addicted. I look froward to it everyday and have so much fun. The trainers are amazing and are there whenever you need them!! Definitely my favorite workout ever!!

I joined 9 Rounds last June. I have been consistent about going to a gym pretty much all of my life. So I was skeptical about getting a total body workout in 30 minutes because that just isn't what I was taught or thought to be true. I was joyfully surprised with the changes in my body after just a few weeks going only 3 to 4 times a week. My goal is five, which really means 4, sometimes 3. I am on the older side of the equation so I appreciate always having a trainer at my side and going at the pace that works for me, my fitness level and my age. Try it just one time, you'll love it.
9 Round is the best, I've been working out there for 6 months now and I have shredded off alot of excess weight that even my friends are asking me what's my secret. I don't have a secret. I've been working out at 9 round, this is the best cardio workout and it never gets old because the exercises are always changing and the trainers are all fun to work out with. It's a great environment with great trainers and it's awesome that you can get so many results in just 30 minutes. I love 9 Round and beleive me if you give it a try you will, too
Been addicted to 9Round since day one. I started at 9Round at 250 lbs and am happy to say that a few short months later I have just broke the 200 lbs mark. The trainers keep you focused and motivated, while also making the workout fun! I think this is why it's so easy for people to want to come back to workout. I love the fact that in all these months of working out, I've never had the same routine twice, and on top of that, the trainers will throw in A little something extra sometimes when they want to push you to your limit. I recommend 9Round to anyone who has tried everything else and it hasn't worked. Of course, a healthy eating routine is always key, but the full body HIIT workout that 9Round gives you does wonders by itself.
My experience with 9round has been nothing but phenomenal. From the day I stepped in the door, I knew this was the place I had to be. From day one, I'll never forget, someone that had never met me was pushing me through to make it through the rounds and saying "you can do it." The awesome trainers at 9 round have gotten to know me on a personal level and got to know my strengths of what I could handle on each round, even when I try and "cheat", I get called out and told to keep going, and I have to admit, I love it because I know they want to see me succeed. I was pushed to limits I didn't know I could reach, but the trainers knew I could reach those limits and past them. During the summer, I would occasionally attend 9 round twice a day and on those days, the trainers would give me ways to challenge myself on the rounds so I wasn't doing the same thing as in the morning. I felt incomplete when I was on vacation and didn't have a 9 round to go to. I always love new challenges and seeing the strength I have. I enjoy coming into 9 round after a long day with students and just releasing all the stress and I always feel so much better after my 9 (and sometimes 10) rounds. I have been a member of 9 round fitness for a little over four months. During that time I have lost 30 pounds. I think that what has really helped me make progress on my journey to live a healthier lifestyle is the combination of having a structured workout routine and maintaining a healthy diet. I have learned that you cannot do one without the other if you truly want to make progress. 9 round is a really good fitness class because the workouts change every day. Also, by going to the class, it forces me to workout every major muscle. I hate doing abs but the 9 round workout ensures that I work every muscle group every workout. Plus it's a great workout that only takes 30 minutes so I can fit it into my schedule and stay committed to it because it isn't a large time commitment.
I came in last evening and ended up joining. That was the most insane and fun workout I have ever had. I've been going to LA fitness for a couple years now. I have a feeling your gym will whip me into shape in no time. I can't tell you how much fun I had and how exhausted I was at the end...
9Round is AMAZING! I have always been turned off by gyms, but 9Round is not your typical gym, Its more like having fun with friends while burning around 500 calories in 30 minutes. This isn't anything like you have tried. Austin and Stephen are great motivators who push you through the workout even when you want to quit. I can honestly say I have not felt more energetic and motivated EVER. I am up and ready to go at 730 in the morning to workout at 9Round by 8 a.m. The one thing I truly love about 9Round is that every week I am seeing more and more results. I look good, I feel good and I am 100% dedicated to this 9Round lifestyle.
9round is so sick. I have been in and out of a lot of gyms and workout facilities but nothing has been quite like this. It is not only fun but such a good workout, and the trainers make you want to do the extra reps that you did not think you could do.They push you in a good way that makes you want to keep coming back and do better. It can really be for anyone, as long as you are ready to work because it is not easy. I joined 9round a couple weeks ago, and I am so stoked that I found out about it because now I love it and I go almost everyday.
