  • I love this place because I don't have to be "on time" to a workout class, get a personal trainer to show me the steps and answer questions as I go through the stations, and I leave feeling like I've been at the gym for hours. It's great for on-the-go types and has the ability to challenge you no matter what your skill level. It easily fits into my hectic schedule and leaves no room for excuses. I can always plan for a 30 minute workout even on the busiest of days. It's a great, efficient workout for people on the go.
