Energetic, quick, effective, fun workouts that are perfect for my busy schedule, and motivational, attentive, knowledgeable trainers that help every step of the way. I also love being able to monitor ... my heart rate and calorie burn during my workouts, and if my heart rate goes above a certain level i can give it a quick break until it goes back down then jump right back into my station. The facility is clean, very conveniently located, not crowded, and has amazing trainers. It's not just working out but nutrition too, and your help accountable for your commitments (which I need, I lack the discipline of healthy eating/weekly workout routine); these guys really have a passion for helping people reach their health and weight goals.
