In real time, the 9ROUND PULSE™ in-club display shows your effort level, heart rate, calories burned, and PULSE Points earned during your workout. Color-coded heart rate zones make it easy to see your effort level at a glance.
How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Christie ""The Crusher"" RobertsChristie "The Crusher" Roberts is originally from Lincoln, NE and is a huge Husker football fan (Go Big Red!). She moved to Colorado in 2002 and fell in love with the active lifestyle that the state offers. Since moving here, she has gotten ACE Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Certified. She teaches Insanity, P90X, Tabata, TRX, and, of course, her favorite-Kickboxing! 9Round is her most favored workout, and she loves bringing her exercise knowledge to the members of the gym! She takes pleasure in pushing members to their greatest fitness potential while also building a strong connection with each and every one of them. When she is not in the gym, she enjoys hiking and biking the mountains with her husband, two children, and cocker spaniel.
Aimee "SoDak Slugger" UnderbergAimee "SoDak Slugger" Underberg got her name from the state in which she originated-South Dakota, where she first discovered 9Round. Her heart belongs to a few special things: her husband and workout buddy, Micah, her puppies, Cala and Ivy, NICU babies, and 9Round! She intended to stop training at the gym when she started her job as a full time NICU RN at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, but found that she just couldn't do it. She loves 9Round because it offers a full body workout in just 30 fast minutes and is different every single day. She thinks the members are awesome and pushes them every time to be their best selves in the gym! When she is not nursing or training at 9Round, Aimee enjoys exploring Colorado with Micah and her pups, traveling home to spend time with her family, and discovering new and exciting places.
I absolutely love working out at this gym. This is the only gym that I have stuck with long enough to see changes and results with. The team is so motivating and I love being part of this family.
This place is amazing. The trainers are awesome and motivating and the workout is short,fun, but most importantly effective. I am a busy working mom of a 3 year old, with a husband that travels. I could never find the time to workout. If I did I was so stressed about making a class time and being gone an hour. 9 Round solved this dilemma. Who can't make time for 30 minutes? Plus, I am not rushing to a specific class time. The big kicker is 9 round doesn't cost an arm and a leg like most other boutique fitness facilities. I have been a member for over 2 months and workout there at least 3-4 times a week. The results are amazing. I love this place and can't wait to see more results
