I finally kept proper form during a plank!! And I can do REAL pushups!!

Amy "the Beast" MitchellAmy is a former MRI technologist who moved back home to Pittsburgh to help run the 9Round family business! She is a 9Round certified trainer who has a passion for helping "every day" people reach their fitness goals.
Ian SchauerHi my name is Ian! I grew up playing a variety of sports which kept me very active. This led to my decision to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science at Slippery Rock University. Since graduating I've gained 4 years of experience in personal training and teaching group exercise classes. During this time it has been important to me to keep up with continuing education. I do this through various organizations, this includes maintaining my certification as an exercise physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Throughout my career I've been able to do what I'm passionate about, which is helping others reach their potential through fitness.

Donny HollDonny is a recent college graduate who played football at Mercyhurst University while getting a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Pre Law. After his college football career came to an end, he trained for 10 months in mixed martial arts in while working and finishing school. Upon graduation Donny moved back to Cranberry to live and be an assistant coach in high school football. He would like to spread his enjoyment of fitness and mixed martial arts to all of the members at 9Round!!
Lauren MontebellLauren is a certified Athletic Trainer who received her Bachelors degree from Mercyhurst University. Sports and fitness has always been an important part of her life and continues to be with work and her personal life.
