They push you to your hardest because they have faith that you can do all of the workouts that day! I am so happy that I came to 9round, there is never an excuse not to go. I come everyday! Maybe skip a day here and there for good reasons, I am always there. The workout is what keeps me going through out the day, and i am going to accomplish that speed bag one day! Hah

  • I love the instructors. They are amazing! A shout out to Diana, donna and angela. They are great motivators. They explain anything that i dont know and show me exactly how to do it. Ive only gone eleven times but ive already seen a difference in my body. I have worked out for years and have hired trainers but 9 rounds has made a difference. I love this place and i will continue to go and for the first time i feel like i can reach my goals.

  • The 9Round model as a whole! You guys have creative, fun, challenging, and a variety of workouts on a daily basis all in 30 minutes is actually very healthy and totally convenient. It helps me to vent when I have a hard time. The personal trainers and owner at 9round Pleasanton made me more fit and stronger physically and mentally. I love the interaction. The best part is getting to do the trainer led exercises with pads. 9round has become a part of my lifestyle for the last 3 years and I honestly can't do without it. No other workouts or types of exercises really compare to this in the same price bracket. I also really like the 9round gear, especially the wraps. The quality gets better and better each year, and I love that they are in these fun colors. 9Round sends out emails with videos and useful information. Lastly, I've thoroughly enjoyed the perksville program. Gets me extra excited to go to the gym and make sure I check in. I know you guys will get me through the tough times and give me a lot of good times. Can't wait to get to 1000 workouts with my 9Round Pleasanton family!

    Jason "Jawbreaker" Wong
    Jason is a Certified Kickboxing Fitness Instructor and the Owner of 9Round Pleasanton. He is a highly energetic individual that has always enjoyed helping people achieve their goals. His passion for health and fitness began in his own life and he now looks forward to sharing that love with those around him. Jason spent his professional career working in roles within the financial services industry and has been involved with various charitable services throughout the Bay Area, including Junior Achievement and BACS. Jason is excited to have an opportunity to help the community get fit 9 Rounds at a time!

    Angela "Bee" Hudak
    For the bee, her wings don't appear strong enough to support the weight of her body, however, she flies anyway! Angela has been a fitness coach for over six years now. Fitness has been a part of her life for many years though, currently enjoying cross-training with running, interval training and a variety of types of exercise. She is passionate about the philosophy and purpose of living a healthy, active lifestyle both physically and spiritually. Her goal is to always encourage others in their own personal success and be a positive influence in this world.
