    Katie "Knockout" Kirk
    Katie started as a member at 9Round in March of 2015 and immediately became addicted to the high energy environment and kick butt workout. She has a full-time job during the day and knows there is nothing better than moving your body after a long day at a desk. Her favorite aspect of being a trainer is challenging members to push themselves and helping them make progress toward their goals every day. Favorite round: 5 Favorite drill: squats or pushups

    Kellen "Daredevil" Schalter
    Kellen is currently a student at the university of Minnesota studying physiology and will move on to get her masters in global public health. She got into fitness at a young age and has been passionate about it ever since. She started as member at 9round in June 2015 and began as a trainer in August. Her favorite part of working at 9round is getting to know clients and helping them achieve their goals! Favorite round: 5. Favorite drill: squat jumps and planks!
