9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

I joined 9round in October 2015 and it was one of the best personal choices I've made in years. I haven’t belonged to a gym in years because I tend to exercise outside on my own (running, biking, walking). I'm so excited to have 9Round now to add variety to my routine! The workout is fast, super effective, and FUN! I love that the trainers change it up every day and can tailor the workout to an individual's needs. The workout provides just the right amount of cardio, plus the strength training that I was missing. I feel more confident now in my running, knowing that I'm taking measures to prevent injuries.
I’ve always been interested in kickboxing, but never did anything about it because I thought it would be more of a commitment than I had time for. 9Round is perfect – in and out in 30 minutes. It’s a great workout in a short amount of time, and it’s just plain fun to punch and kick stuff. Try it, you’ll like it!

I've been going to 9Round since September and it's the best workout I've ever had! I like that there are no class times because my schedule is really busy so it lets me be really flexible. Also, I've gotten to know the trainers and they are all great and make you feel really welcome every time you come in.
I have been going to 9Round for about 4 months and I am totally addicted! I work 10 hour days so going to the gym for a couple hours every day is not an option. At 9Round I am in and out in 40 mins (including changing, wrapping my hands and unwrapping!) and I get a killer workout every time! I leave feeling excited and eager to get back the next day! I have noticed definite changes in my body! It is such an awesome value! Having an educated trainer there with you every round is amazing! I love this place and know anyone who tries it will too!

Katie "Knockout" KirkKatie started as a member at 9Round in March of 2015 and immediately became addicted to the high energy environment and kick butt workout. She has a full-time job during the day and knows there is nothing better than moving your body after a long day at a desk. Kellen "Daredevil" SchalterKellen is currently a student at the university of Minnesota studying physiology and will move on to get her masters in global public health. She got into fitness at a young age and has been passionate about it ever since. She started as member at 9round in June 2015 and began as a trainer in August. Her favorite part of working at 9round is getting to know clients and helping them achieve their goals! Favorite round: 5. Favorite drill: squat jumps and planks!
