I like that I can get a good hard workout completed in only 30 mins. And I really like that I don't have to think about what exercises I need to do when I get to the gym, it is already mapped out and a trainer is there to help with everything.

  • Highly recommend 9Round No fixed Class time, training session starts the time you walk-in, just 30min you will burn really good calories. 30 Minute High Intensity Interval Workout changes every day make more interesting to go in every day. Trainer always there, every staff is very and very helpful to guide you through in a friendly way. you get much more than what you pay for.

  • 9Round is so convenient to my schedule - since there are no class times, and the workouts are only 30 minutes, I truly have no excuse not to go. The only thing I could wish for is more extended open hours. I also love that all the workouts are with a trainer, and they’re different every day. It keeps me engaged and pushing myself. Gary is the best, love it when he is there!

  • Friendly trainers who encourage you and cheer you on every step of the workout. Very friendly atmosphere and people who workout there. Always challenging workouts, always fun and there is definitely a family feel. After trying so many things and memberships, this is a first time I’ve stayed consistent for 2 months already. Would absolutely encourage everyone to try it, because not only is it challenging and you can push yourself as hard as you want, it is fun and a great stress relief!

    Eric ""Rookie"" Warner
    Eric "The Rookie" Warner studied Muay Thai, the National Sport of Thailand for 4 years. This is where he found his love for helping others, training friends for competitions. A Personal trainer since 2013, he found how beneficial 9round could be by incorporating two of his favorite things, Kickboxing and fitness! Believing the benefits of training like a fighter as one the best ways to strengthen and condition every system of the body, he joined the 9round family to help everyone have an absolute blast achieving their health and fitness goals.

    Justin ""pretty"" Thompson
    Graduated St. Francis DeSales High School in 2014. Played collegiate basketball in 2015 at The University of Tampa. Returned to his home town of Columbus to focus on the pursuit of a Nursing Degree. Started working out at 9Round in December of 2015 and saw that kickboxing circuit training is just as challenging, if not more challenging than an athletic conditioning program.Joined the 9Round family help everyone meet their fitness goals and have a good time doing it!
