A new workout begins every 3 minutes. Each workout is "Full Body" and you're in and out in just 30 minutes.     Steven "The Hurricane" Liu trained in Tae Kwon Do for 12 years and now a 9 Round certified trainer at Rancho Cucamonga, CA. He is extremely passionate about maintaining a healthy and active life style. Health and fitness has formed foundation of his social, academic and working life for as long as he can remember. In addition, he is driven and determined to help people towards achieving personal short & long term goals to stay healthy and fit.

    Miki "Care Bear" Williams
    Miki "Care Bear" Williams is 9Round Certified Trainer and also registered nurse who has a vast background in fitness and martial arts. She has training in taekwondo, body sculpturing and is also a Beach Body Coach. She is a former AFL cheerleader and choreographer. Was a Member of the West Texas Dance Council at West Texas A&M University. She is very passionate about fitness and health. Her goal is to help others and promote living a healthy lifestyle. Her motto is "Being Fit and Healthy is a Lifestyle it doesn't happen overnight."

    Matthew "El Toro" Davis
    Matthew "El Toro" Davis has trained extensively in both Olympic lifting and body conditioning. Including strength training he has also developed vast knowledge of muscle functionality which assists him in pushing the limits of not only his own fitness journey, but anyone he trains. His focus is to build more agility, speed, and overall power in each 9 Round member. Matthew has always strived to motivate and build confidence. He encourages people to start and more importantly achieve their goals when they come to 9 Round.

    Maggie "Spirit Fingers" Anderson
    Maggie Anderson has trained in HIIT(Beachbody), Pilates, barre, and ballet. She has been touring the country for two years in a Broadway musical and during that time became extremely passionate about all things fitness and health. She is a huge advocate for strengthening the body and soul, as well as uplifting the people around her to be confident and proud of the skin their in.

    Casey "Heavy Hands" Stel is a NESTA certified Personal Fitness Trainer. She specializes in training for strength, weight loss and functional fitness. Casey loves to see clients reach their goals and improve their physical and mental health. After leaving the corporate world 3 years ago, Casey has made health and fitness her life. Her passion is boxing & she believes exercise is fundamental to living a well balanced lifestyle.

    Mark "Speedy" Gonzales
    Mark Gonzales has trained in various martial arts, such as Eskrima/Kali/Arnis, Panantukan, Boxing, Kickboxing, Yaw-Yan Kickboxing, and BJJ. His passion for physical fitness grew after being sidelined with an injury early in his martial arts journey. He used weight lifting and martial arts training as a way to rehab, providing him with newfound motivation in life. Mark strives to keep each member motivated and bring them closer to their goals one round at a time.

    Cassandra is studying Nutrition and Dietetics at California State University, Northridge. She is very passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals, and overcome any obstacles that may be in their way.
