Steven "The Hurricane " LiuSteven "The Hurricane" Liu trained in Tae Kwon Do for 12 years and now a 9 Round certified trainer at Rancho Cucamonga, CA. He is extremely passionate about maintaining a healthy and active life style. Health and fitness has formed foundation of his social, academic and working life for as long as he can remember. In addition, he is driven and determined to help people towards achieving personal short & long term goals to stay healthy and fit.
Mark "Speedy" GonzalesMark Gonzales has trained in various martial arts, such as Eskrima/Kali/Arnis, Panantukan, Boxing, Kickboxing, Yaw-Yan Kickboxing, and BJJ. His passion for physical fitness grew after being sidelined with an injury early in his martial arts journey. He used weight lifting and martial arts training as a way to rehab, providing him with newfound motivation in life. Mark strives to keep each member motivated and bring them closer to their goals one round at a time.
Shantay HackneyShantay Hackney started her fitness journey at 9 rounds in February of 2018 with the goal of becoming healthy and losing weight. Being a mother of 4 she struggled with weight loss and since going to 9 rounds she has lost 50 pounds in 8 months. Now becoming a trainer at 9 rounds she is passionate about helping others with their weight loss journey!
