He is extremely passiona...te about maintaining a healthy and active life style. Health and fitness has formed foundation of his social, academic and working life for as long as he can remember. Luca Castaneda has trained in Muay Thai for 5 years. It played a large role in his life until he moved to another city. About 3 years later he became ...a member of 9round in June 2018 with a goal of losing weight and getting back into martial arts. I love everything about 9 Rounds! The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly..you always have that one on one training when you need it. I have a back injury and they are easily able to come up with a m... odified move that's just as intense w/out straining my back. Everyday the workout is entirely different. Every workout you will spar with a trainer on one of the 9 rounds. Soo much fun! I've worked out a long time and this by far is the most fun yet intense workout in 30 minutes I've ever experienced. The trainers are absolutely incredible! They take the time to get to know you, where you are at physically, and what you are looking to accomplish. Then they spend each session guiding you to ensure... you have a safe and productive workout. 9 Round is the best gym I have ever been to! I am treated like like family by the owners; Steve & Micki, & the trainers; Mark & Casandra. There are 9 stations: 1 abs, 2 weights/cardio, & 6 bags. Each... station is 3 min long with 30 second exercises in between each station. Everyday 1 station is replaced with freestyle; a trainer works 1:1 with me on the pads. That is my favorite!. It is so invigorating!. 9 Round is the perfect workout. It's quick-30 minutes, hi- energy, full of variety-the activities at the stations change daily, personalized-a trainer is always with me and it is so much fun!.
