9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

Steven "The Hurricane " LiuSteven "The Hurricane" Liu trained in Tae Kwon Do for 12 years and now a 9 Round certified trainer at Rancho Cucamonga, CA. He is extremely passionate about maintaining a healthy and active life style. Health and fitness has formed foundation of his social, academic and working life for as long as he can remember. In addition, he is driven and determined to help people towards achieving personal short & long term goals to stay healthy and fit.
Miki "Care Bear" WilliamsMiki "Care Bear" Williams is 9Round Certified Trainer and also registered nurse who has a vast background in fitness and martial arts. She has training in taekwondo and body sculpturing. She is a former AFL cheerleader and choreographer. Was a Member of the West Texas Dance Council at West Texas A&M University. She is very passionate about fitness and health. Her goal is to help others and promote living a healthy lifestyle. Her motto is "Being Fit and Healthy is a Lifestyle it doesn't happen overnight."
Annie "The Animal" LiuAnnie "The Animal" Liu is a 9Round Certified Trainer at 9 Round Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She has been exposed to TaeKwonDo since she was as young as a toddler. Throughout her life she has been active by doing various activities in relation to any sport, fitness, and especially dancing. She has always been the kind hearted soul that is constantly looking for ways to help others and living healthy; but don't think for a second she wont train you hard! Her enthusiasm and passion in fitness will help you reach your goal at your pace. Her quote is "No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch."
Matthew "El Toro" DavisMatthew "El Toro" Davis has trained extensively in both Olympic lifting and body conditioning. Including strength training he has also developed vast knowledge of muscle functionality which assists him in pushing the limits of not only his own fitness journey, but anyone he trains. His focus is to build more agility, speed, and overall power in each 9 Round member. Matthew has always strived to motivate and build confidence. He encourages people to start and more importantly achieve their goals when they come to 9 Round.
Adam SteinAdam Stein has developed a vast knowledge in fitness and movement. He has trained in everything from CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, to calisthenics. This gives him the ability to assist our members for all of their fitness needs, rather than adding muscle or losing unwanted belly fat. Adam is even his own success story by transforming his own body from 270lbs to 180lbs back in 2011. Since then Adam has dedicated his life to fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Now Adam works to be the inspiration in the lives of our members by helping them reach all of their fitness goals, through belief, dedication and hard work. Like Adam always says, "do something today that your future self will thank you for"
