  • It has a family feeling. All trainers are very encouraging and you always have a personal trainer keeping an eye on you even if they are just working with someone else, correcting, so you do exercises correct and don't hurt yourself.

  • Friendly and motivating staff. Ramin, Jordan, and Montana are just great at working with you on your goals, and respect everybody's ability, adjusting to what works for each individual. They show you how to do each exercise correctly, make sure you do not injure yourself, and challenge you. I would highly recommend the RSM location to all my friends that would like to get fit and have fun while they are doing it.

    Christina "Fireball" P
    Christina's passion for fitness began when she took her first dance class at the age of four. Growing up with two brothers, she enrolled in Kenpo Karate and earned her First Degree Black Belt at the age of 13, never losing her passion for karate, sparring or being a fighter! Her dance career continued with many competitions through middle and high school, and she later earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Dance Theater. She has danced professionally in many Broadway productions and award shows. Fitness and nutrition are what keep this "Fireball" going! With her personality and drive, she will help you reach your fitness goals with a smile on your face!
