  • The variety. I love that I don't have to plan my daily workouts because I can count on 9Round to torture every muscle group evenly and effectively to obtain optimum strength and cardio. I also love the trainers. In the 15 months I've been a member, 9Round has proven they are committed to hire only motivated, qualified trainers- not simply desk jockey's. This is key as they respectfully let you know if your form could be better to get the most out of your workout. In addition, they are all great motivators to help be pushed to the max.     Jason "Reno" Rains
    Jason is the owner/operator of 9Round with his wife Kristina. Jason has always had a passion for fitness. He played football in college and was a National Weightlifting and Conditioning All-American. Jason is excited to bring the most convenient and effective workout to the Raymore area. He has been in the public service field for the past 12 years and loves to help people reach their goals!

    Fale grew up in the pacific islands. He did a lot of outrigger canoeing , surfing , played some rugby and football. He graduated from Missouri Valley College with a degree in biology . Having a healthy and fit lifestyle is very important for everyone and he enjoys helping others in achieving that goal .

    Rebekah "Iron Will" Miller grew up with a passion for fitness and a love of exercise. After graduating High School, Rebekah enrolled, and received her Personal Training Certification through the International Sports Sciences Association. Having set and reached her own personal goals, she thrives off seeing others also see their own goals achieved.
