  • The full body workout is fun and I know I've covered all the bases. I do several types of exercise (running etc.), but 9 round is my core workout that I do 5 or 6 days a week. The people there, both employees and members, are very friendly and I really look forward to going to my 9 round workouts.

  • 9 round is the best full body kickboxing workout! The trainers are amazing, encouraging and push you to work harder while getting the best out of every and every workout! It has been my therapy for years. I have never loved working out this much! I feel fortunate to have these trainers and gym in my life!     Richard "Bonz" Kudrna
    Richard "Bonz" Kudrna has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years and currently holds a brown belt in American Kenpo Karate. He recently completed his master training with 9Round and is anxious to get the world fit one round at a time. Whether it's snow skiing, water skiing, off road racing, bicycling, Karate or sparing, Richard is passionate about what he does so stop by and say "hi" and get your first free workout on us!
