  • I have joined a few other gyms/ health clubs before. It always goes about the same way. they say try what you like. I have no idea what I like. Do something that makes sense to you. Everything makes sense to me. usually I look around a bit and then wind up on the treadmill. i use it for about to 15 minutes thinking to myself i should be doing something more, but i have no idea what. So I head home. At 9round I don't have to spend hours trying to figure out what i like or what I would like to try. 9round has a workout ready when I get there. If there is something I can't do the trainer helps me finds things i can do. What do i like best? the trainers

  • I can do anything for a half hour.... and they push me hard for a half hour. I leave having burnt a ton of calories and dripping in sweat. Trainers are awesome, and even though I wasn’t in the best shape they work with me and make me feel comfortable.

    Norma "kNockout" Flores
    Norma has been involved in sports her whole life, from running to gymnastics as well as martial arts (Taekwondo & Kenpo). She has a ton of energy, is enthusiastic, and is a motivator. 9Round has been the perfect platform to share her love for fitness, and her outgoing personality. Come sweat, have fun, get leaner and stronger with her and the 9Round Crew!

    Daniel "Fearless" Flores
    Daniel has always had a passion for unique ways of physical training. With a background in martial arts and a number of HIT workout programs, he was always looking for a way to bring some of his passion out to others who were looking for ways to improve their fitness or simply stay fit. 9ROUND Kickboxing Fitness has given him the opportunity to share a fun workout program which allows everyone to challenge themselves at their own fitness level. Daniel, along with the rest of the 9ROUND Rochester team, have been helping our community over the past 5 years get fitter and stronger one round at a time.

    Emma "Southpaw" Hess
    i was born and raised here in Rochester and attended Mayo High School where I was on the fall and winter dance teams for all four years! I continued to dance throughout college at the University of Minnesota. Dance is still a huge part of my life today. My time at the U was really when my interest in fitness and nutrition began. My dream in life is to finish my degree in nutrition and I am so excited to help people achieve their health and fitness goals as a trainer here at 9ROUND!

    I was born and raised in Kasson, MN. In high school I was involved in competitive cheerleading, dance, and track and field. I love to stay active. When I am not at 9ROUND I am teaching dance for Kasson-Mantorville dance teams. I am going to school for business administration and marketing. I love training people at 9ROUND!
