Running vs. Boixng for weight loss

I enjoy running. I started running back in high school, quite reluctantly actually. The cross-country coach invited me to try out, but I thought running was not the thing for me, wisely he had me come for a few practices, that Spring I joined the track team after that not running seemed like punishment.

After getting married and having kids, I went to running as my favorite form of exercise, but I seemed to always have an injury that kept me from really having a good time running and a good workout. Fast forward a few more years, 9Round enters our life and kickboxing becomes a big part of it. I still enjoy running, but now thanks to my 9Round Kickboxing workout I am less prone to injury with the added benefit of all body toning, running endurance and general better health.
