I like the trainers and how they help me. I like that there are no set class times and but I can still get a "class" type feel by having a trainer guide me at the stations. I can easily fit working ou... t into my schedule because I don't have to be there at a specific start time; I can just jump into the rotation. I like that the workout is never the same and I always feel like I've had an effective workout.
