  • I decided to join 9round to help me get back into the working out mode. They have not disappointed me yet ! I look forward to coming into the atmosphere where they personally know you and help you push you to the limits. No matter if it is a hard day or a light day, I am always coming out of 9round dripping sweat and feeling like I had a great workout. They really helped me get back into working out and becoming healthy again. The best thing is it only takes 30 minutes of your day!

  • This is by far the best gym I have joined. All of the trainers are great they make sure you know exactly what workout you will be doing and they will help you on your form to ensure you get the best workout as possible without injury. This is the first gym I am actually excited to go to. The workouts always change so it does not get boring. It is also the best place to get a full body workout in such a short 30 minutes which is best for me and my schedule. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

    A native of Chicago, Dwayne was previously a trainer at 9Round Columbia, Missouri, and is a recent transplant to San Diego. He is extremely passionate about promoting fitness and a healthy lifestyle. In addition to a being a 9Round Trainer he's an avid runner, weight lifter, and rugby player. He loves working our members with the hand pads and looks forward to getting you in shape!
