Our circuit workout format means NO CLASS TIMES so you can show up and start your workout whenever works best for you! The workout CHANGES DAILY to ensure a fun and exciting workout every time and there is a 9Round FITNESS TRAINER with you every workout to teach and motivate you! The first workout is FREE so get into the gym and try it!

How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

9Round blows all gyms out of the water! Only 30 minutes...personal trainer included...leaving covered in sweat. Honestly best choice since moving to the area. I love every workout, great mix of cardio and strength training. I have seen much more muscle tone and love the nutrition program
I decided to join 9round to help me get back into the working out mode. They have not disappointed me yet ! I look forward to coming into the atmosphere where they personally know you and help you push you to the limits. No matter if it is a hard day or a light day, I am always coming out of 9round dripping sweat and feeling like I had a great workout. They really helped me get back into working out and becoming healthy again. The best thing is it only takes 30 minutes of your day!
This is by far the best gym I have joined. All of the trainers are great they make sure you know exactly what workout you will be doing and they will help you on your form to ensure you get the best workout as possible without injury. This is the first gym I am actually excited to go to. The workouts always change so it does not get boring. It is also the best place to get a full body workout in such a short 30 minutes which is best for me and my schedule. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
I absolutely love coming to 9round!! From the few months I have been coming here, I have seen a significant difference in the muscle in my legs and upper body. The staff here are awesome and they make the experience THAT much more enjoyable. Recommend this to anyone willing to get more active! SO glad I became a member here!!
I have been a member of 9Round since August 2015 and I can say that it has been the best decision I've ever made! I love working out there since they are different workouts every day! Dwayne "Tenacious D" DadeA native of Chicago, Dwayne was previously a trainer at 9Round Columbia, Missouri, and is a recent transplant to San Diego. He is extremely passionate about promoting fitness and a healthy lifestyle. In addition to a being a 9Round Trainer he's an avid runner, weight lifter, and rugby player. He loves working our members with the hand pads and looks forward to getting you in shape!
Ally "MAC" LearyAlly "MAC" was a long time 9Round member whose passion has enabled her to transition to being an amazing trainer. When not busy in the gym helping 9Round members meet their fitness goals, Ally enjoys dancing and doing portrait photography so let her know when your next big event is coming up!
CJ BlackA native of New Jersey, CJ was a two year varsity wrestler, as well as a three time state champion football player. CJ moved to San Diego to study at the University of San Diego, where he is a theater major and sociology minor. CJ has been a long time member of 9Round. He is very passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle for himself and others. Outside of 9Round CJ has played rugby and is a young aspiring actor. CJ enjoys working out and is looking forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Cleeandre "Clee" RossGraduate from Indiana University and recent San Diego transplant. Clee enjoys fitness, singing, dancing, and being outdoors. He wishes to promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle through the way he lives. He plays rugby here in San Diego and trains for that most of his time outside of being a trainer at 9Round. Clee looks forward to spreading a love for fitness by making fitness more enjoyable for those that choose to participate. He wants to help people reach their goals and not quit until those goals are met!
Caitlin McCullyCaitlin is a graduate from Cal State Fullerton and moved to San Diego around three years ago. Caitlin was a long time 9Round member before transitioning to become a trainer. When not busy in the gym helping members meet their fitness goals, Caitlin also works as an ABA therapist.
