The instructors are kind, motivating and knowledgable. Emphasis is on form informing function, to avoid injury and maximize the quality of the workout experience.   • This workout is by far the best thing I have ever done. It's the first time I have stuck with committed and succeeded. In 10 months I have lowered by BMI by 10 and have lost 60 pounds. This workout works for any busy schedule and the trainers are amazing. The fact that it's different every day makes it new and challenging and you'll never get bored. I can't recommend it enough! I love 9Round!!!!!

    Angie Bader
    Manager Graduated form SDSU in 2010 with a BA in Kinesiology Speciality in Physical Education Coached Track and Field for 6 years Also worked with children at JW Tumbles I am 5'7, 155 lbs (just about high school weight), workout 5 to 6 times a week at 9Round and love to run. My daughter is a future 9Round trainer in the making and my husband is the clean up crew

    Jaelyn Lozano
    Jaelyn attended Poway high school and graduated in 2015. She has always been very involved in sports! A student athlete all four years of high school. She played field hockey for a year and soccer all four years of her high school career. Jaelyn will be a Junior this fall at California State University San Marcos pursing a degree in Communications and a minor in History. She is the President of CSUSM Women's Soccer Club and loves the idea of being involved while keeping an active lifestyle. Jaelyn loves motivating, inspiring, and dedicating her to time to help others achieve their goals!

    Sheilla "Shella" Shipman
    Sheilla “Shella” Shipman, after almost 20 years in the corporate world finally took the advise of a friend to “Do what you love” Varsity lettered in 3 sports in high school and played briefly at the College level. Sheilla learned martial arts technique through her husband who is a black belt in Kyoku Shinkai before discovering kickboxing fitness as an assistant/demonstrator...she was hooked! A familiar face at 9Round RB since 2016 she gladly accepted a trainer position and loving every minute of it!
