A 9Round fitness routine is geared toward EVERYONE. All of your workouts are supervised and Include certified 9Round trainers that are there to motivate you and to ensure that you perform your fitness routine effectively and properly. There is no need to be afraid if you do not have any kickboxing experience. Our trainers can walk you through each move and adjust your workout to your fitness level. At 9Round there are No Class Times! Our workouts are done in a circuit training format. There are nine challenging stations, and each station lasts for three minutes. This means that a new workout starts every three minutes, and you can get a full body workout that is guaranteed to give you results in Only 30 Minutes, which can easily fit into our hectic schedules. best workout spot ive ever been to
I use to put several hours into the gym every week. With 9Round, I can come for 30 minutes and feel like I got more accomplished physically and mentally becuase 9round works your entire body. Also, there are trainers that keep me consistantly motivated. I highly reccomend 9Round Rancho Bernardo!!!
9Rounds is the best workout in the world. I love that in 30 minutes, I get a high intensity workout with weights, bags, cardio and abs. 9Rounds is amazing and empowering and gives me the best workout i've ever had!

Kristin "Wild Child" CloverKristin is originally from Southern Illinois. She relocated to South Florida where she decided to become a fitness trainer. She then moved from South Florida to San Diego to follow her dream of making a career out of personal training and teaching fitness classes. Kristin taught at two 9Round locations in South Florida and absolutely loved and believed in the concept and made it her goal to open a 9Round in San Diego. Her mission is to educate people about exercise and nutrition and to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to empower and inspire people to make the most of their abilities through knowledge, direction, and encouragement. She invites members to take an active interest in accomplishing their goals and welcomes their input and feedback throughout the entire training process. Whether you’re already a hardcore athlete or a novice to the exercise world, she can help you reach your ideal performance, fitness and aesthetic goals. Kristin is Certified in the following: ACE Personal Trainer, TRX Trainer, Cardio Kickboxing Trainer and Nutrition Coach. After your first class with Kristin it will be very clear how dedicated she is to her craft. She is relentless and pushes everyone in her classes so they feel like they were not only challenged but also so you can feel – and eventually, with dedication – SEE the results of your hard work. She is the kind of instructor who will talk with you after class to discuss your diet and any other personal fitness goals and will help you achieve that highest version of yourself. Sebastian "Sebass" MouaTrainer Sebastian was born in Northern California but raised in San Diego. He has been an athlete his whole life which includes participating in football and track during high school. Sebastian is known for his upbeat positive attitude and his passion for sports, fitness, and health. This is what led him to become a well rounded trainer. Sebastian is a certified Fitness Specialist and has experience in crossfit, obstacle course races, strength and conditioning training, functional training, sports nutrition, and Martial Arts.
Nicole JohnsonNicole Johnson, is a Yoga Fit and Certified Massage Therapist Instructor CMT: Nicole was first licensed as a massage therapist in 2007 graduating from High Tech Institute. During her education, she focused on a few key areas including health, nutrition, holistic healing and education. Her education and passion gave her the desire to teach others how to live healthy lifestyles through fitness and nutrition. Passionate about yoga, she became a certified instructor through YogaFit in 2007. She found that opportunity at Bryan College in Sacramento where she taught from 2009-2010 before taking a hiatus for the birth of her two children. She now teaches and is active in continuing education for Kickboxing, Massage Therapy and Yoga in various locations throughout the country and brings her passion and fun enthusiasm for holistic wellness to each session and individual she comes across!

Jaelyn LozanoBorn and raised in San Diego, CA, Jaelyn attended Poway high school and graduated in 2015. She has always been very involved in sports! A Student athlete all four years of high school. She played field hockey for a year and soccer all four years of her high school career. Jaelyn is currently a second year at California State University San Marcos pursing a degree in Communications and a minor in History. Jaelyn loves participating in club activities which led her to continue to be involved and play for the CSUSM women's soccer club. Big love of acai bowls! She loves motivating, inspiring and helping others achieve their goals!
