I can't say enough great things about 9Round! It truly makes working out fun, while still being incredibly challenging. The trainers are positive and motivating but will always kick your butt and push you to go harder. It's basically like having a personal trainer but with unlimited sessions and at a monthly gym membership price. The workouts change every time you go in so you're never bored and your muscles don't get used to doing the same thing. Seriously, just go in for a free session and you will fall in love with it!!
I have never EVER pushed myself the way I have since I started coming to 9Round. I'm a big girl. I went in feeling awfully intimidated and worried that I wouldn't be able to do this or that I would get laughed out of the place. The first day, I met Aaron and Mike. They greeted me with smiles and supportive words. I couldn't do everything and that was okay. Mike and Aaron were more than gracious enough to modify the exercises so that I could still get the maximum benefit out of it. Now I still can't do everything but I tell you, with the help of the awesome staff, I'm so much closer to doing it than I ever have been. I did a plank. YES! ME! A PLANK! I went because my friends were going, I keep going because it's an amazing, supportive place to be for women and men of ALL SIZES. Thanks for being here, 9Round!
I love this workout! Three weeks in and I already see improvements in my coordination and strength. I know in seven more weeks they will have me in great shape and I'll be the gorgeous bride I want to be. The trainers are all awesome and Marcus always reminds me it's "crunch time" which keeps me focused.
I look forward to going to 9rounds, one because the coaches, Marques, Manny, Kevin, Aaron (sp?), and Heidi are so friendly, energetic, and happy. It energizes me to walk into a friendly atmosphere. I never know what the workouts are going to be like and I always feel worked when I'm done. Thanks guys!

Great workout, guys were helpful and friendly. Got a great workout in, in a short period of time. Well worth it. If you don't have a lot of time for a workout this is perfect.
As a busy mom of two small children, spending hours each week in the gym just doesn't fit my schedule. I am so glad that joined 9Round! It has given me the results I have been wanting in a challenging and convenient 30 minute workout. I am the happiest I have ever been with my body since becoming a mom. 9Round fits my schedule because it's erratic and I can come in whenever I want. There's no set class schedule but it's on a when I can come basis.

Because our workout changes every day, you will have a trainer to instruct and motivate you throughout each and every workout.
We recommend starting with 3 workouts per week, however, you are welcome to come more.
You will receive 9Round Gloves, which will allow you to hit as hard as you want without the risk of injury.
You will also have access to our 9Round Nutrition Guide written by Dr. Rick Kattouf. You will learn the 4 principles that will help you burn body fat and build lean muscle.
You will also receive 9Round Hand Wraps for wrist support and comfort. Don't worry, our trainers will teach you how to wrap your hands in no-time.
