9Round Fitness is a kickbox circuit gym that utilizes boxing and kickboxing fitness programs to incorporate functional, interval, cardiovascular, resistance and circuit training regimens that only takes 30 mins to do. There are 4 KEY points that differentiates 9Round from other Big Box Gyms.

The first point is we have no class times. Our members could decide to come in to workout before work at 5:30 am, after they drop off the kids at 9am, at lunchtime 12:30pm, or after work 5:30pm. This makes your workout convenient.

The second point is it’s a FULL body workout. So every day is legs day, every day is arm day, every day is ab day, every day is cardio day, and every day is a great day!

The third point is the workout changes every day so you won’t get bored and you’re body will always be changing because of muscle confusion.

The fourth point is that there is a trainer with you the entire time to guide you into your workout so there is no wasted time.

9Round takes your workout and fitness to the next level with the most advanced heart rate training program in the world. Keeping your heart rate in the correct "FAT Burning Zone" is critical to getting the results you want. With our screens inside the clubs you will get instant feedback on whether you need to work harder or slow down. You will also receive MEP's for each minute you are in zone.

what are meps?

MYZONE Effort Points(MEPs) are a new metric for measuring physical activity. MEPs accumulate for every minute of activity that a user spends in the 5 effort(intensity) zones based on one's individual maximum heart rate. The more effort that is put in, the more MYZONE Effort points are earned.

Every user receives their own cloud based account where all activity is automatically uploaded acting as an online log book of all physical activity.
