9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer.

  9Round Fitness is a kickbox circuit gym that utilizes boxing and kickboxing fitness programs to incorporate functional, interval, cardiovascular, resistance and circuit training regimens that only takes 30 mins to do. There are 4 KEY points that differentiates 9Round from other Big Box Gyms. The first point is we have no class times. Our members could decide to come in to workout before work at 5:30 am, after they drop off the kids at 9am, at lunchtime 12:30pm, or after work 5:30pm. This makes your workout convenient. The second point is it’s a FULL body workout. So every day is legs day, every day is arm day, every day is ab day, every day is cardio day, and every day is a great day! The third point is the workout changes every day so you won’t get bored and you’re body will always be changing because of muscle confusion. The fourth point is that there is a trainer with you the entire time to guide you into your workout so there is no wasted time.  The 9Round experience includes a fun, energized, fast-paced, environment providing a unique fitness experience that yields unprecedented results for all levels with a personal trainer onsite every time! Our certified 9Round trainers provide the exceptional personal attention, energy and enthusiasm to help members reach their fitness and weight loss goals. Our customized nutrition plans are included with each membership designed by our very own nutrition coach along with Heart Rate Monitor Training to make sure we are in the fat burning zones. Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.

    Kevin McKittrick is a recent graduate of Lander University, where he studied Exercise Science. His passion for health and exercise stemmed from playing competitive sports as a kid. He played many different sports up until the high school level. Seeing how exercise can gain the competitive edge is what sparked his passion for it. He looks forward to applying his knowledge of training to guide all the new and existing members at 9Round through an exciting workout each and every time!

    Lindsay is a sophomore at Brashier Middle College Charter High School and a native of Simpsonville. After running Cross Country and Track in middle school she joined 9R 3 years ago to improve her overall fitness. She has watched the gym grow and is happy to now be a part of the 9R team. In addition to her school activities, Lindsay if a volunteer at FIKE and is passionate about Hope Vision Ministries, an orphanage in Haiti that she has visited multiple times.

    My name is Archie but most people call me Balong. I am from the Philippines where I studied nursing. I am currently a graduate student at Gardner Webb University. I love playing sports, especially basketball. When I’m not at work, I’m studying, camping, hiking, fishing, running or watching sports.
