  • At 9 rounds, what I like the most is that the trainer helps you. The trainer shows you how to do the work out by demonstrating the work out. If you're having trouble or not getting the full benefit of the work out, they will show you by positioning your arm or body so that you can do the work out the correct way.

    Archie "FriedRice" Lumang
    Manager of Harrison Bridge! My name is Archie but most people call me Balong. I am from the Philippines where I studied nursing. I am currently a graduate student at Gardner Webb University. I love playing sports, especially basketball. When I’m not at work, I’m studying, camping, hiking, fishing, running or watching sports. I began working out at 9Round earlier this year and felt like it was a perfect fit for me. I am looking forward to helping members with their fitness goals, 9Rounds at a time.

    Lindsay "High Maintenance" Marlar
    Lindsay is a sophomore at Brashier Middle College Charter High School and a native of Simpsonville. After running Cross Country and Track in middle school she joined 9R 3 years ago to improve her overall fitness. She has watched the gym grow and is happy to now be a part of the 9R team. In addition to her school activities, Lindsay if a volunteer at FIKE and is passionate about Hope Vision Ministries, an orphanage in Haiti that she has visited multiple times.
