9Round Fitness is a kickbox circuit gym that utilizes boxing and kickboxing fitness programs to incorporate functional, interval, cardiovascular, resistance and circuit training regimens that only takes 30 mins to do. There are 4 KEY points that differentiates 9Round from other Big Box Gyms. The first point is we have no class times. Our members could decide to come in to workout before work at 5:30 am, after they drop off the kids at 9am, at lunchtime 12:30pm, or after work 5:30pm. This makes your workout convenient. The second point is it’s a FULL body workout. So every day is legs day, every day is arm day, every day is ab day, every day is cardio day, and every day is a great day! The third point is the workout changes every day so you won’t get bored and you’re body will always be changing because of muscle confusion. The fourth point is that there is a trainer with you the entire time to guide you into your workout so there is no wasted time. The 9Round experience includes a fun, energized, fast-paced, environment providing a unique fitness experience that yields unprecedented results for all levels with a personal trainer onsite every time! How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Fernando "Nando" MontillaFernando Montilla, aka, "Nando" was a 9Round member for two years. During that time he realized he could not get enough 9Round. He loved 9Round nation so much he decided to join the team and help others realize their fitness goals. Nando is here to help you get the most awesome workout and to help you exceed your goals.
Lindsay "High Maintenance" MarlarLindsay is a sophomore at Brashier Middle College Charter High School and a native of Simpsonville. After running Cross Country and Track in middle school she joined 9R 3 years ago to improve her overall fitness. She has watched the gym grow and is happy to now be a part of the 9R team. In addition to her school activities, Lindsay if a volunteer at FIKE and is passionate about Hope Vision Ministries, an orphanage in Haiti that she has visited multiple times.
Archie "Balong" LumangMy name is Archie but most people call me Balong. I am from the Philippines where I studied nursing. I am currently a graduate student at Gardner Webb University. I love playing sports, especially basketball. When I’m not at work, I’m studying, camping, hiking, fishing, running or watching sports. I began working out at 9Round earlier this year and felt like it was a perfect fit for me. I am looking forward to helping members with their fitness goals, 9Rounds at a time.
Jovetta "Wicked" WalterJovetta is a long time runner, enjoying races from 5ks to marathons. Originally from Michigan, Jovetta graduated from University of South Carolina with a degree in special education. Working as a part time teacher, Jovetta was seeking a diverse way to spend her mornings. She was excited to join the 9Round team and be able to share her passion for fitness and healthy living through her skills of education. Jovetta is excited to help her members achieve their goals!!

Katie CogginsKatie is a fighter, coach, trainer, and a student! She’s practiced the art of eight limbs, Muay Thai, for several years- but her passion for kickboxing all began at 9Round!
