  • 9Round is the best gym ever. It works with my teacher and my mommy schedule. There is no class time and it is only 30 minutes. Being a teacher, I’m used to making plans for everyone else. It is so nice to go in there and the trainers have my workout planned out for me. It’s nice to not have to think about what to do, but Just getting the task done. There is a reason why I’ve been going to the gym for almost 8 years. Every day is different it is never boring. The trainers push me more than i would push myself if I were working out alone.

    Archie "FriedRice" Lumang
    Manager of Harrison Bridge! My name is Archie but most people call me Balong. I am from the Philippines where I studied nursing. I am currently a graduate student at Gardner Webb University. I love playing sports, especially basketball. When I’m not at work, I’m studying, camping, hiking, fishing, running or watching sports. I began working out at 9Round earlier this year and felt like it was a perfect fit for me. I am looking forward to helping members with their fitness goals, 9Rounds at a time.

    Lydia is originally from Athens, GA, and that’s where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Josh. They were married in February of 2016, and moved to South Carolina at the end of that same year. Lydia loves to play basketball, run, hike, bike, and travel. Lydia is excited to help people reach their goal.

    Justin is a member at 9Round since he was 12 years old! He goes to Woodmont High School where he plays on the Tennis Team. He enjoys watching Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer and his favorite Kickboxing! He is excited to help members reach their fitness goal!
