Fitness and fun have come to Main St. in Simpsonville! Located in the SuperBi-Lo Plaza behind McDonalds.  You will always get an amazing 30 minute full body workout, that changes everyday, with no class times and one of our awesome trainers will be with you every step of the way. Our nutritional program and state of the art heart rate monitoring system help you track your activity for guaranteed results! Lose weight, tone up, and get on with your life. We are all about fast fun fitness for people who are busy. Come give us a try.   

Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

    My name is Archie but most people call me Balong. I am from the Philippines where I studied nursing. I am currently a graduate student at Gardner Webb University. I love playing sports, especially basketball. When I’m not at work, I’m studying, camping, hiking, fishing, running or watching sports. I began working out at 9Round earlier this year and felt like it was a perfect fit for me. I am looking forward to helping members with their fitness goals, 9Rounds at a time.
