  • Everyday the training changes. The best thing are the trainers. Jovetta, Steffanie, Taylor are the main trainers/ managers at the locations we use. They really rock. I have met to meet a trainer we do not like. I really enjoy the training.

  • The best circuit training I have ever been associated with. The one on one involvement with the trainer is the motivation key. I recommend this program to anyone, any age, with any set goals. 9 rounds allows you to set your own pace and meet goals set.

  • I love that every workout is different every day. I also love that it is flexible. There are no classtimes. Walk in, work out, leave. I also really enjoy having a trainer available if I have any questions about form or if I just need a little extra encouragement that day. 9round has gotten me in shape like no other workout I’ve ever done (even running 26.2 miles)!

    Jovetta "Wicked" Walter
    Manager of Main St., Jovetta is a long time runner, enjoying races from 5ks to marathons. Originally from Michigan, Jovetta graduated from University of South Carolina with a degree in special education. Working as a part time teacher, Jovetta was seeking a diverse way to spend her mornings. She was excited to join the 9Round team and be able to share her passion for fitness and healthy living through her skills of education. Jovetta is excited to help her members achieve their goals!!

    Lydia "Revswife" Pratt
    Lydia is originally from Athens, GA, and that’s where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Josh. They were married in February of 2016, and moved to South Carolina at the end of that same year. Lydia loves to play basketball, run, hike, bike, and travel. Lydia is excited to help people reach their goals.

    “Katie is a second year Clemson student from Greenville who has a passion for fitness and kickboxing. She has been kickboxing with 9Round since the age of 12, but has also trained other martial arts & kickboxed competitively for several years. Her goal is to help 9Round members reach their fitness goals and become the best versions of themselves possible!”

    MacKenzie "KickinKenz" Rowand
    MacKenzie is a senior at USC Upstate, majoring in Exercise Science. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, working along side her husband in ministry, and all things health and fitness. One of her biggest goals is to encourage others to live healthy lifestyles. MacKenzie wants to help others reach their goals, and become stronger in 30 minutes, both physically and mentally.

    Andrew "Nighthawk" Sowder
    Andrew is a student at Clemson University majoring in Accounting. He was a member with 9 Round for three years prior to becoming a trainer. A fitness enthusiast, Andrew’s favorite part about being a trainer is having the opportunity to inspire members to change their lives’ one workout at a time.

    Born in Mauldin, became a member back in 2008-2009. Wanted to give back to what my old trainers gave me to my members. During my spare time I like to fly. I’ve been a member since May 2018.
