I have tried many gyms, but never a place where a trainer is readily available and cheering you on to your goals. I love that it’s always just 30 minutes and that you can just walk in and start almost... whenever. My goal was 3 times a week, and although the first few times were very challenging, I already feel a tad addicted and want to go daily. I love the community there above all else.
