Hello! My name is Adrian. I am a Champion Trainer here at 9Round. I am a loving husband and proud father of three. After living a reckless life of ove...r indulging and neglecting my physical health, I found myself weighing 270lbs. Through my own personal journey of losing over 70lbs and adopting new lifestyle choices, I felt the calling to help others do the same. I’ll be the first to tell you that investing in your health is a choice that you’ll never regret! I look forward to helping you reach all your fitness goals with 9round. I have tried many gyms, but never a place where a trainer is readily available and cheering you on to your goals. I love that it’s always just 30 minutes and that you can just walk in and start almost... whenever. My goal was 3 times a week, and although the first few times were very challenging, I already feel a tad addicted and want to go daily. I love the community there above all else.
