26th/Tea Ellis Road is our newer/West side location! Welcome to 9Round Sioux Falls! We offer a full body workout with faster results in just 30 minutes. Our 9-station circuit format will ensure you will never get bored and the workout will be over before you know it. You don't have to worry about missing a class time at 9Round, we have a new workout starting every three minutes! There is a trainer included in every workout so you will have guidance and motivation every step of the way! Come in today, the first round is ALWAYS on us!

Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

    Corey "WhatUTalkinBout" Willis
    Corey is the owner/operator at both Sioux Falls 9Round locations. He was a state champion in wrestling, played football at the collegiate level and went undefeated in MMA fighting in Montana. He found himself busy with a growing family and wanted a workout that would fit into his busy lifestyle. He tried 9Round and loved it! The fast 30 minute work out with no class times was just what he needed to take his personal fitness to the next level. As a physical education and health teacher, he thought he would love teaching in a physical fitness sector and found himself teaching, training and educating at 9Round in Sioux Falls, SD.

    David is the manager of both Sioux Falls locations. David is an Augie graduate and previously worked with Mccrossan boys and girls ranch. He played baseball in college and is originally from Minnesota. He loves working with our members to help them reach their fitness goals! David is an avid hunter, fisherman and in his spare time loves hanging with his black lab. Want a kickbutt workout... David will put you through the ringer!

    Julia is one of the newest members of our 9Round trainer family! She previously did competitive cheer for 12 years, ran track and loves running/being in shape. She LOVES 9round because it is high intensity and a great combo of cardio and strength training.
