  • The workouts are new each day. I never feel bored of going to 9Round and I never feel lost about what I'm supposed to be doing because the trainers always let you know what to do each step of the way. The workouts are a great stress relief and get you into shape without a doubt! The workouts fit nicely into a busy schedule and the trainers know you by name and are a friendly face each time you step foot inside! I love 9Round!

  • I love the fact that I can go in for a 30 minute work out and know I am getting a really good work out! The trainers are all great! The one on one rounds they do with you are the best! Every day is a different work out. Even if it’s an “arm day” my whole body is getting a work out!

    Amos is the assistant manager for our 2 Sioux Falls locations. Amos loves working with our members and helping them reach their personal fitness goals! in his free time he loves to be with family, dance, and travel. After 30 minutes with Amos... you are garunteed to be dripping sweat!

    Meet Jennifer! She lives in marion SD with her 2 kids and husband. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Sports Conditioning Specialist and 200 Hr Registered Yoga Teacher. She has been training for 4+ years! . She loves fitness and helping others find strength and improved wellness. Come workout with Jennifer and she will have you sweating in minutes!

    “I'm 2-0 in kickboxing and 4-0 in MMA. Grew up in low-income areas of Sioux Falls, wrestled since I was young and made the switch to combat sports my senior year of high school. In my spare time, I volunteer for the special Olympics, and teach underprivileged youth how to kickbox as a creative outfit for their energy.”
