Rob is the owner and loves training and interacting with the members on a daily basis.
Aston is an energetic trainer whose eager to encourage the members and push them with an occasional burpee or two!
Erika has lived in Sioux Falls for 3 years. In her free time she enjoys shopping, going out with friends, binge watching Netflix, and doing crafts. ...Erika is a member turned trainer. Ryan grew up in Olympia Washington. He attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University where he got his Bachelors Degree in Ministry as well as played collegiat...e baseball. Ryan has a passion for helping people with life change, whether this is physically, mentally, or spiritually. More

I absolutely love the warm, welcoming, exciting, and inviting atmosphere! I am a bigger gal and often feel like I stick out like a sore thumb in the gym, BUT NOT HERE! The trainers are always ready to... help modify the things I just can't do yet. I NEVER feel juged! The trainers work very hard to learn everyone's name and greet you by name as you walk in the door.
