I have been a member for a little over a month now. I am loving the concept. The work out is different every time. The coach on the floor are constantly watching to make sure you are not slacking off. You only get what you give, but the more you give the stronger you get. You are in and out in just over 30 minutes, so there is no excuse for not getting your exercise in. If you are like me, and you are tired of those trips to the gym where you usually end up stretching a 30-40 minute workout into 1.5-2 hours because you can't stay motivated; this is for you. If you feel like you have plateaued in the gym, or if you are into running, triathlon, etc... This will get you out of your funk. Between the muscle confusion and working muscles that I did not even realize I had, I feel myself getting stronger every time I go. I can't wait to see where I am 5 months from now. Only thing I would change is the music playlist and the volume of the music. The coaches are great and its a good environment to workout in. Just need to turn up the music.
I have been a member of 9 Rounds for almost 3 years and absolutely love it! There is no other workout like it. The east side location is always clean, and the trainers are always friendly and eager to answer any questions that I might have. I love this place and don't know what I'd do without it!
I LOVE 9ROUND; I was one of the first to join the eastside location and STILL going strong. I just wanted to be in better shape, and I lost a little weight in the process. My joint aches and pains aren't there anymore(not as much as it was). I move a whole lot better and it has boosted my confidence( as if I needed that). It has been a great experience and I hope to continue to go there for as long as my body will allow.

Have been going to 9R for over two years now and absolutely LOVE it! It's quick yet challenging~ It keeps me in shape like nothing else. And because it's different every visit, it doesn't get stale like other workouts. And great trainers too!

Allen "DYNAMITE" DixonOur owner Allen is from Wellford, SC but currently resides in Inman. He graduated from Byrnes High and attended Spartanburg Community College. Allen loves that the 9Round workout changes daily and an individual can push themselves as hard as they want. He also appreciates the fact that a trainer, an awesome doctor moderated nutrition program, and the heart rate system Pulse are all there for you to utilize. The most fulfilling part is seeing member reach their goals. He loves to see a person's reaction when tey hit a milestone whether it be clothing size, weight loss, or improving a technique.
Emily "CutAbove" CrawfordEmily is from Boiling Springs, SC. She started out in 9Round as a member at the location in Boiling Springs. Her favorite thing about 9Round is our members. She loves pushing everyone to their own limits and getting to know everyone on a personal level. Emily's favorite activity at 9Round is anything legs (*squats*) and pad drills. Her personal goals are to grow daily in every area of her life. To grow in knowledge by pursuing some type of degree in health and fitness, physically by pushing herself to reach her own fitness goals (drop a few dress sizes, complete a tough mudder, and lose 50 pounds), and to grow spiritually by staying active at her church. She will catch you in either club!
Bryan "Killer B" BushBryan "Killer B" Bush. I am the Operations Manager at the Inman and Eastside-Spartanburg locations. I was born and raised in Blythewood, SC. Growing up, I was always a 4 sport athlete. I excelled at football and wrestling, but baseball just enjoyed having me on the team. I also competed in strongman competitions. I was a state champion wrestler and my highest placement was second in the Jr Columbia Strongman competition I Attended Lander University for exercise science and also majored in photography while attending school in Charleston, SC. After graduating from school, I moved to Athens Georgia to pursue a career as a photographer. Athens is where I learned how to box. I needed a new outlet for my physical activity because I was bored of lifting weighs and failed attempts of becoming a runner. I love it so much because it is not just a physically tough, but it is equally mentally tough.. Not only do I enjoy to coach boxing/kickboxing, but I am the head coach of a wrestling team where we are 4 time state champions and I have earned Coach of the Year for the past 2 years. 9round has such a great environment for both the trainers and members. I try my best to push every member to their limits to get the best possible workout and to teach some new techniques that they may not have learned before. My favorite round when working out is which ever is the hardest so I can push myself the most. My favorite as a trainer is round 3 because it is easiest to use the hand pads and work some 1 on 1

Brandon's favorite round is number 9 (CORE). Speed bag work is something that interest him and that he is wanting to improve on himself. Reid ""Rumble"" JohnsonI am Reid Johnson. Raised in Spartanburg I graduated Spartanburg High School and University Of South Carolina Upstate. A life long athlete I have a varied background of athletic disciplines. I played soccer for 20 years and partake in all extreme sports(surfing,skateboarding,skydiving,etc.). I have experience as a power lifter and also in the discipline of yoga. I am a great motivator and look forward to taking you and your goals to the next level!!!!!
