    Allen "DYNAMITE" Dixon
    Our owner Allen is from Wellford, SC but currently resides in Inman. He graduated from Byrnes High and attended Spartanburg Community College. Allen loves that the 9Round workout changes daily and an individual can push themselves as hard as they want. He also appreciates the fact that a trainer, an awesome doctor moderated nutrition program, and the heart rate system Pulse are all there for you to utilize. The most fulfilling part is seeing member reach their goals. He loves to see a person's reaction when tey hit a milestone whether it be clothing size, weight loss, or improving a technique.

    Chad Freeman
    I am Chad Freeman. I am the operations manager and trainer at 9Round. I was born and raised in Hendersonville, NC and now reside in the upstate of South Carolina. I have always had a passion for athletics and fitness. I believe that when the body is in shape, the mind soon follows, fitness can change a persons entire life for the better. My favorite round at 9Round has to be the 9th! The 9th round is centered around the core, which just happens to be the time when you have to pull everything you got left to complete.

    Reid ""Rumble"" Johnson
    I am Reid Johnson. Raised in Spartanburg I graduated Spartanburg High School and University Of South Carolina Upstate. A life long athlete I have a varied background of athletic disciplines. I played soccer for 20 years and partake in all extreme sports(surfing,skateboarding,skydiving,etc.). I have experience as a power lifter and also in the discipline of yoga. I am a great motivator and look forward to taking you and your goals to the next level!!!!!

    My name is Haley Langley. I am currently a trainer at 9round. One of the reasons I love being a trainer at 9round is being able to help people change their lives for the better. 9round has such a positive environment and pushes everyone to strive to become a better version of themselves. Before I was a trainer, I was a member. I truly believe in this workout because I have experienced the results for myself.

    Katlyn "Kat" Marks
    Hey y'all I'm Katlyn Marks, and I'm a trainer here at 9Round! I am a student at USC Upstate studying Sports and Exercise Science to be an Athletic Trainer. I am scheduled to graduate in December of 2018 and I can't wait! I'm a native here in SC, born in Greenville and raised in Greer. I love staying active and working out! I spend a lot of my free time at the gym or working with my horse, Renegade, here in Spartanburg. I love 9Round because it is a good change of pace from my usual weight lifting routine during the week. My favorite round here at the gym is probably round 3. I love double end bags, once I get a rhythm going it's hard to stop and it's where i really get in the zone of my workout. After that i feel unstoppable!

  • I have been a member for a little over a month now. I am loving the concept. The work out is different every time. The coach on the floor¬†are constantly watching to make sure you are not slacking off. You only get what you give, but the more you give the stronger you get. You are in and out in just over 30 minutes, so there is no excuse for not getting your exercise in. If you are like me, and you are tired of those trips to the gym where you usually end up stretching a 30-40 minute workout into 1.5-2 hours because you can't stay motivated; this is for you. If you feel like you have plateaued in the gym, or if you are into running, triathlon, etc... This will get you out of your funk. Between the muscle confusion and working muscles that I did not even realize I had, I feel myself getting stronger every time I go. I can't wait to see where I am 5 months from now. Don't just sit there looking at this review; get up and go give it a try. First one is free, so you literally have nothing to lose. Make it a Great Day! cs

  • I have been a member of 9 Rounds for almost 3 years and absolutely love it! There is no other workout like it. The east side location is always clean, and the trainers are always friendly and eager to answer any questions that I might have. I love this place and don't know what I'd do without it!

  • I LOVE 9ROUND; I was one of the first to join the eastside location and STILL going strong. I just wanted to be in better shape, and I lost a little weight in the process. My joint aches and pains aren't there anymore(not as much as it was). I move a whole lot better and it has boosted my confidence( as if I needed that). It has been a great experience and I hope to continue to go there for as long as my body will allow.
